We need Disco streamed, and Magic and Say Something remixes all streamed. Someone needs to produce a playlist with all of them combined to play on repeat.

 

Streams can really help bulk up Kylie's first week sales, regardless of chart positions , and the more sales she gets the better.

From my point of view, midnight represents the first minute of the new day. So if someone said "next Friday at midnight" to me, I'd think of Friday 6th November at 00:00, i.e. the exact time Kylie's new album is out (therefore I understood what Liam said).

 

To be fair I just did a Google search about this midnight confusion, and it seems that a lot of people find it ambiguous.

So with a week to go, how much do people think the album will sell first week? Bruce Springsteen has managed 53k and I wonder if Kylie can top this. She may not get to no1 but the competition and promotion from the race with Little Mix could set her up for some decent first week sales hopefully.

I can't see Kylie topping that from Bruce and first week year leader Lady Gaga.

 

I am not getting my hopes up. I am hoping for it to do around 40k .

 

I guess we won't really know until Monday 9th update and also what shops etc are still open and how her Friday/Saturday promo has gone etc.

 

She could definitely do with selling some more of those signed Standard CDs throughout next week and then some signed vinyls and casettes during the release week as they seem easy sales.

 

How many did Bruce get in streaming sales?

That relates to the previous post asking about Bruce Springsteen’s streaming sales last week :D

Kylie is on 20k preorders at the moment and I believe Golden was on 24k by the Friday of release and managed to double the sales by the end of the week, so I think Kylie will do 40k plus at the very least, especially with the amount of promo she has.

I would think Kylie can get 3000 streaming sales? Or am I being optimistic?

 

 

Then again Bruce on Spotify has 13,000,000 monthly listens and Kylie only 6,200,000 so maybe she will struggle to get 1,000-2,000 streams?
