It was inevitable really, so will there be no shows on Thursday and Friday this week then?

Sonia will need to get her trumpet out to entertain US let alone herself. Perched for her youtube stardom *.*

Sonia to start a YouTube stream of her blasting her trumpet each Thursday and Friday at 7.30/8, I'm here for it!
Yeah it's felt so much longer. Must be the longest time without an episode, at least since they've aired four times a week.
Not Ian thinking mentioning a biscuit would keep Sharon’s mind off Denny

The episodes are just going to feel off and out of place for now. I guess it was Thursday last week’s episode and sticking it on 6 days after the last ep doesn’t really help with the flow of storylines. However we will make do.

I was so frustrated at that scene with Chantelle and Mitch. I just wish she’d tell someone

Monday’s episode averaged 6.4million viewers with a peak of 9.3million though I’m guessing that was people tuning in at the end to see the Prime Minister’s broadcast

I’d rather the second episode be on Thursday than Tuesday so we have less time to wait between episodes.

At least this didn’t affect boat crash week episodes though!

Ya I would have preferred mon and thurs or tues and friday for the episodes to air but least we are getting 2 a week for now. I know we will get loads of discontinuity when the soaps return to filming and I'm sure people will have a field day pointing it out.
There's going to be a time-jump at some point, will be interesting to see if they do that straight away and thus scrap lots of scripts (including Whitney's trial and, presumably, Bianca's return) or still go ahead with filming the key parts then skip to present day.
Maybe Sharon will wake up one day, Denny will be in the shower and it will all have been a dream?

I think it will continue as plans just that it will take longer to see the outcomes. The downtime may help scriptwriters get very very creative.

Rachel Stevens was in talks to join Eastenders a few years ago. Too bad that never came to be
