For the first time in forever, the club actually sounded and looked like a club!

Chantelle’s next beating from Gray is likely happening in the next set of episodes as he’ll no doubt not believe she really was locked in.

 

New Bobby though bless him his dancing and those shades.

I hope Chantelle gets a positive ending but I’ve still got a sinking feeling she’ll get some sort of blood clot or internal injury and she’ll die.

 

I don’t know why... I just feel like with Kate Oates in charge it won’t end like the usual.

 

The best ending for me would be if Gray ended up going to jail and Chantelle found the courage to report him.

I'd like him to be jailed and for chantelle to get her life back on track, if it goes that way, he will get out of jail and come back to finish her off is my bet.

I think what’s more likely is Whitney will catch him beating Chantelle and bludgeon him to death in a rage. Her going to prison is going to be her new circular storytelling now they’ve exhausted doomed engagements.

Chantelle may kill whitney if she finds her in bed with grayson !!

Whitney is such a glutton for punishment. Michaela kidnapped her at knifepoint and held her hostage. She deserves to go to prison.

Not watched tonight's episode yet but tempted not to bother after reading what happened.

 

Seriously, Whitney falls for Gray who's also an abuser? The writers must think they're so clever when in fact it's just sick.

Why can't Whitney have 10 minutes without falling in love with a psycho?! It's so frustrating.

It’s really awful that Whitney is going round in circles yet again when characters who barely fulfilled their true potential like Abi Branning get axed.

Abi Branning really had so much more to give even if it was just a choice between her and Lauren I’d have rather Lauren been the one killed off.

If Lauren ever comes back I feel she will just go in Whitney-esque circles with alcoholism and Peter.

 

The new Peter is as dull as the last. Consistent casting I get but such a nothing character.

New Peter is also not as consistently good-looking as his predecessor (which let's be honest, is extremely important.) You can't replace Ben Hardy with somebody so inconsistently attractive.

Ben Hardy did bring eye candy.

Abi Brenning would be better suited to the square than Whitney.

Killing off Abi remains a highly questionable decision.

This CONSTANT misery porn with Whitney just needs to stop :mellow:

We can hope they are mapping the axe for Whitney.
