It's ridiculous and completely over the top. You'd think she was as big as people Ed Sheeran or Justin Bieber or Drake with the way they treat her, but the truth is she's nowhere near. She's not even half as big as them. I would argue maybe not even quarter.

Dua is easily the most exciting popstar out there at the moment, it's a nice change that they support decent music that's getting everyone talking than blindly supporting anything the likes of those artists you mentioned, no matter how dull or lazy the material.

It's not really a 'change' that they're supporting popular artists just because it's one you happen to like lol ~

Dua is definitely bigger than Bieber at the moment at least.

Flowers up big to #33, looks like it's gonna been a decent sized hit now it's getting good streaming numbers

Lonely also up to #7. Kinda surprised dance tunes are doing pretty well still with all clubs closed

I think you're being ridiculous here, as per usual.

I think the support they throw behind Mabel is way more over the top, for example. Dua is gathering big momentum at the moment. Plus Bieber isn't exactly smashing right now.

Probably lots of house parties, or people wishing they could be out.

I don't think that will even have the slightest impact on whether dance tracks do well or not anyway.

Flowers is doing better now cos HH has placed it higher since the last few days

with dance tracks is always the same,

HH adds them at the bottom of the playlist, then they make the top 200

they move them up, they do better

they move them to the very top of the list like Roses or Lonely now, boom, you got a top 10 hit

it's all decided by HH sadly :/

Completely agree. Dua has been making huge waves in music and pop culture since New Rules. She's also a critical darling. Mabel's support is questionable considering the quality of her music these days. She's got progressively worse.

I mean, that's a pretty subjective thing to say, especially Don't Call Me Up was a monster smash and Mad Love was also a big hit. Boyfriend's the follow-up to that (for her as a lead artist) so I mean, it's obvious why Boyfriend's got such big support. You don't have to think it's any good to acknowledge that.

I’d say she’s about as big leading to this release as what Ariana was when she was about to drop sweetener (in the UK obv WW it’s different).

Wondering if Dua will get a fourth song in HH when the album comes out? They usually add the album track/next single so maybe Break My Heart is enough. Has anyone had four songs in HH at once before?

I actually hope Dua gets an album track to chart what knocks Don’t Start Now out the chart tbh.

It’s had it’s time now and I want her other tracks to shine now.

That big jump for Nathan Dawe/Jaykae we do not stan.

But yay for the other dance tracks that are peaking today.

I think Megan is in for a big hit with 'Savage'!

Shame it wasn't for 'B.I.T.C.H.' which is vastly superior :( 'Hit My Phone' would've been preferable as well!

I haven't heard 'Savage' yet but I wasn't keen on 'B.I.T.C.H.' so not mad at TikTok bypassing that to push a random album track instead (as they did with Doja Cat lol). I do like the other single 'Captain Hook' a lot more though, could have been the closest thing to a CupcakKe song making the charts if it was that doing well xx

NMF

1 Dua - Break my heart

2 Partynextdoor & Rihanna

3 Kygo, Zara

4 Skepta

5 Little mix

6 OneRepublic

7 Sam Feldt/Ella Henderson

8 Gambino/Ariana

9 Major Later /Mumford

10 5SOS

Partynextdoor & Rihanna, Lmix and Kygo/Zara all added to HH

on APPLE, Physical is up to a new peak at #6

but Break my Heart is climbing quite slow, #31 now

beaten by new Skepta et al at #12 :/

Rita is actually #32 on Apple, which is surprising considering how bad she's doing on SPOTIFY

Flowers up to #34 on Apple too

I hope Little Mix can survive the Skepta and Dua albums tomorrow on Spotify 😬
