Lean On Me is Bill's best song. Lovely Day is so overrated. That "note" at the end is... something that's not a note.

Jonjo being wrong shocker. 'Lovely Day' is easily my fave from him so fantastic to see it in the top 40 <3 'Ain't No Sunshine' is great as well, happy enough with that being his highest song.

I am a little surprised that Drake hasn't gone in at #1 but yeah, like I've said, I didn't think the idea of this song sounded like as nailed on a huge hit as everyone else was making out. If anything he'd probably be doing better if he didn't use the TikTok bait hook since the rest of the song seems to just be normal Drake stuff, I think the blatant attempt to force virality puts off more people than it brings in. TikTok hits are almost universally songs by entirely unknown artists and/or random album tracks that weren't receiving a push otherwise (insert your own conspiracy theories here about labels influencing popular TikTok stars of course but the point is it at least has to appear like it isn't solely industry shenanigans which this Drake song 100% does).

oh I didn't know Lean on me was his song, I remembered it from the late 80s by a band called Club Nouveau but didn't know it was a cover :D

Drake did 503K on Spotify, which is still crazy high, thing is BlindingLights is doing very well considering how long it's been out, helped by the album release no doubt...

the 2 new Frank Ocean amazing songs are at #70 and #82, which is also nice to see

the new Troye Sivan is kinda low, #180

Lovely Day is an annoying song x

Pleased to see ANS and LOM top 50. Shame Ain't No Sunshine won't ever get past a #40 peak though 😔

Hopefully JTTOU can enter very highly. Kinda forgot he also did that song oops!

Glad to see Lovely Day performing so well on Spotify!
Huge mistake in Drake's numbers. The clean version was counted seperatily. It's. 6.2m WW and 2.6m in the US for example. Sure he has a lot of streams in the UK also outside the top 50.

Not great for Drake (obviously not a flop either, bit I suspect this was meant to be his One Dance/God's Pan of 2020),I'm not sure if it'll hold up that well on streaming throughout the week either - maybe a #3 debut behind Roses?

what? there's only the version at #2 in the top 200

Check WW and US. There is the other version that means all around the world it didn't count them together. It's just not in the top 200 so you can't see it. There it got inside the top 200 so you can see it and the numbers are big as I posted.

There are almost 900K WW. Only 400 in the US that means another 500K WW. Some of it of course in the UK I guess around 30-40K.

Yeah it's showing up separately in Canada and Australia too, so it likely was counted separately in the UK but the clean version didn't get enough streams o crack the top 200

Very likely means Drake is actually #1 today

It doesn't, because #200 was 49.7k streams, and Drake's version at #2 is 52.2k behind The Weeknd at #1, so it wouldn't be enough in any case.

True but it's basically super equal for sure and Drake is a lot closer at number 2.

Sorry, not sorry, but I'd much have preferred to see Matt Lucas and Jake Quickenden songs in the top 200 than those Bill Withers old songs. -_-

Let's be real, that wasn't happening

Drake seems to be stuck at #2 on Apple Music

some interesting moves at Apple:

#23 Flowers

#32 Martin Solveig - Juliet & Romeo

#33 Ava Max - Kings & Queens

#52 220Kid - Don't need Love

#65 HOSH & 1979 - Midnight (The Hanging Tree)
