Just for fun I'm gonna post some brilliant fan-made covers for some of these tracks. The first 2 will be 'Sexy Love' & 'Beautiful' both of which were planned to be the albums 3rd & 4th singles, both of which were cancelled due to 'I Was Gonna Cancel's' smash hit status :heehee:. Perhaps a blessing in disguise.

Also gonna post ones for 'Les Sex' & 'Sleeping With The Enemy' as they seem to be fan favourites on here, as well as both would have been far better chances.

There weren't many choices for 'Beautiful', I know the one I used is plain, but the ones with both artists looked a bit fake, so I just used a simple one which I think looks okay. 'Les Sex' had quite a few choices & decided to use 2 of them coz I liked them both.

Sleeping with the enemy would be my fave from those followed by sexy love. Really dont like the les sex ones (sorry) :huh:

sorry again it would be a no, i always think an ideal cover for les sex would be similar to that of the confide in me budget album.

Is there any evidence anywhere that 'Sexy Love' was a planned single? I don't recall that from when I followed the era.

It was sent to Australian radio and received a couple of televised performances. I feel like they were testing the waters for a third single and/or it had been planned to be the third official single but was scrapped following the flop of 'I Was Gonna Cancel'.

They should have went for a 3rd single and pushed it, kylie could have done promo and while it would be no smash the album would have got badly needed sales.

Les sex is the best among a rather large disappointing collection of Kylie music, it needs to hold that lead it has.

I wonder if a deluxe got a re re release would it have changed much? Or maybe the tour should have been released in the same format as golden was.

Nothing would have saved the Kiss Me Once era as it was not strong enough.

Kylie had moved on quickly from the album after the initial release and would likely not have started promoting it again with a new edition.

Ya some much better songs would have been needed and kylie on board aswell would have helped.

That would have helped greatly on the original release.

Thankfully the dull era of Kiss Me Once led to the wonderful Golden era that brought back the Kylie we enjoy and love.
