Selena and it's not even close.

Selena has had the bigger uk and ireland career and I would both might have some of the same fans.

 

Has Selena really had a bigger UK career than Demi?

They're both pretty level in all honesty, although Selena's most recent era/singles have out performed the new Demi material, right?

 

They're both so different to each other though, that they honestly give me something for a different mood each. I am struggling to choose tbh. I don't "love" either of them as much as I should tbh.

 

If y'all wanna do a rate of them both, feel free to start one. If it's a "vs"/battle rate, offer the opportunity to have one 11 and -1 each though (obviously optional) and I'll take the highest track from both to the winners rate at the end of the year.

If any it's Demi who has had the bigger chart career in the UK.

They kinda alternate between who's bigger, Demi was way more successful here initially I think but Selena completely overtook her with Revival which was massive here compared to Confident. Then Selena's 2017 singles (Bad Liar, Fetish) underperformed and Demi did well with the Tell Me You Love Me era but now Rare has done well (overall) and Demi looks like she might struggle, going off just the first single of course!

I have never followed both closely to know their sales, but for me it feels like Selena would have sold more in the UK overall.

Selena has far better songs

Interesting to see how the next demi album will perform

Selena has more bops in her discography, but both are kind of meh in comparison with Miley.

Demi, Selena and miley are all in the same category for me, very hit and miss.

Selena in pretty much every possible category. They are pretty close musically though (as in largely bad).

Didnt realise Demi is credited in total to 7 UK top 10 hits and im more surprised she has had 3 top 10 albums as i thought she only had 1 top 10 album.

And now this week another top 20 for demi.
