I love MATM too! It's so slick and attention grabbing enough, imo. I prefer Make Me & Slumber Party, but they'd both bomb completely. At least MATM gives me hope that we could give up a fight? :lol:

My favourite of the 4 songs named is Make Me, but sadly I don't see it being a safe choice!

 

Slumber Party is second favourite, but I'm even less confident in it </3 #everybodygiveitupforTinasha

 

Me Against the Music... third fave, but obviously the biggest in terms of commercial success and being recognisable. Seems like a solid choice.

 

Till the World Ends tends to do the best out of these 4 songs in Britney rates and other games, but of course that's with the original version. Not sure how popular or not the Nicki/Kesha version is nowadays, although I remember it being pretty loved in 2011! I'm not sure how I feel about using it.

 

 

I probably lean towards Me Against the Music, I don't feel HUGELY confident about it, but hopefully it would do what it needs to do!

MATM is perhaps your best choice, but it's not a massive favourite of mine. TTWE is an incredible song... on its own and featureless - could the fact that the original is so well liked work in its favour? Idkk

Yeah I think it'd be difficult for the TTWE remix because a lot of people will be judging on the remix, not the song. I think a few people said they didn't like the Xtine remix of DWUW and obviously it didn't go out but it cost them a few votes potentially. I'd go Me Against The Music, I love it! <3

It's not an ideal round for Brit, but I'm thinking MATM has the most potential to do well. Plus it's actually really underrated as a track.

At this point I can't say one is better than the other if I am honest.

All the possible choices are underrated! I prefer Make Me and Slumber Party but the general consensus on them isn't as strong as MATM when it comes to casuals/enticing for that extra vote, I think MATM (being the bigger hit) would be the most sensible/logical choice of the 3 </3

 

As for it ageing... well... I disagree :kink: It still sounds so fresh and slick today, imo. :heehee:

Rates are more fan/stan related. You very rarely get casual appeal voters! Loads of people who have been consistently voting in AF Idol, haven't taken part in her rate! They all finished very similarly, so the bigger hit, will have most appeal, no?

 

Had Make Me finished top 15 and the other 2 where they currently are, I'd agree and send MM!

Madonna forum wouldn't have been able to use this song, because one of the rules is that the lead artists gets to claim a song because featured artists can't! Whereas if its a joint credit, it's a fight between the forums (for instance Lady Gaga got in there first with 'Rain on Me').
