They will maybe win the league too soon to achieve this and inevitably they will get caught out due to naturally relaxing when finally winning it. Arsenal in 2003 only won the league 2/3 weeks before the last game.

England goalkeeper Tom Heaton says his chances of playing at Euro 2020 this summer "have gone" because of injury.

The Aston Villa player, 33, was ruled out for the season after suffering cruciate knee ligament damage in January's 2-1 win at Burnley.

A point that will be probably be crucial come the end of the season taken away from Aston Villa in the last minute.
Yeh he ain't great though the way they play he's quite isolated up there. His touch was bad today which doesn't help!
Big win that for united today, got the better end of a few var decisions which Liverpool are usually complained about!

It was a big win for United and it's good to see some VAR decisions go our way this today, next time we probably wont have it in favour of us. It's hard to get excited about this win however because of how inconsistent we've been this season, it's all well and good doing the double over Chelsea, beating Manchester City and Tottenham but we need to match this with wins against teams below us in the table and we need to go on a run of consecutive victories if we want to get into the top 5.

Yous have a lot more var decisions that go your way than you think. Maguire was lucky to stay on the pitch.

Did you watch Keane and Carragher trying to pick a united 99 & Liverpool 2020 11?

Ridiculous that united have to play Thursday now as well!

Jose Mourinho does not expect Son Heung-min to play again this season and says the club's injury situation "couldn't be worse".

South Korea forward Son, 27, will have surgery this week after fracturing his arm during Sunday's 3-2 win at Aston Villa, in which he scored twice.

That was a walk in the park for City, they didn't have to get out of 2nd gear - West Ham go to Anfield next and have big relegation worries.

Man City's away strip is reminiscent of rhubarb and custard.

VAR officials were a disgrace tonight. One penalty claim each for handball, both debatable, and a stonewall penalty for Leicester for Ederson's foul on Ihenacho. Yet only one given, to City.

Good performance from Southampton against Villa. Although they should have scored more with having 28 shots at goal. Villa probably with one eye on the League Cup final next week.
Much needed win for Crystal Palace against Newcastle. I think Newcastle United will be in the relegation battle at the end of the season.

I just watched the United and Liverpool combined team video and found it a bit funny that Carragher put Sadio Mane in place of Ryan Giggs, Roy Keane's loyalty towards his former teammates was also funny. Of course it's all based on opinion so there is not right or wrong in this situation. It might have been a better idea to wait until the season has finished before doing something like this though because Liverpool winning the treble is not guaranteed in the slightest.
