I loved I'll Never Love Again at the time but I can't get out of my head how much of a Whitney rip-off it is. The way they use it in the film though is STUNNING.

This deserved to be the 'I Will Always Love You' from this movie! It's stunning and her VOCALS :cry: :cry:

 

The moment in the movie is heartbreaking too. It's so beautiful and deserved the success that ARUTW got.

I think so, yeah! I might be wrong but I think they submitted this song for the awards season before realising 'Shallow' was taking off, so ended up submitting both, but Im gonna need Sam on all of that stuff as I may be completely wrong lmao!

What a change-up *.* Stupid Love is a great return for Popga, and a smart lead single I think! Whet everyone's appetites before unleashing the monster smash.

Stupid Love is genuinely the best Gaga song in YEARS. Sounds like a classic Gaga song and I love that.

Omg the start of what is turning into one of her GREATEST eras yet. The fact that this isn't even top half of the album? Chromatica is legendary.

Stupid Love was the perfect way to introduce us all to the world of Chromatica, still so much love for it :wub:

An absolute bop and a perfect way to start the era. It's not too OTT but it's the classic Gaga the public know and love.

Now to a song I haven't grown to like MORE but not really got bored of or tired of since. It's a solid pop song! But in terms of Gaga singles, this isn't a favourite, but I appreciated what it did and set up the era amazingly well for her!
