I really like Judas and always have but it doesn't seem to be a fan fave.

One of her most overrated singles from some even though I do love it. The video though is one of her best - in her top 3 for me!

I love this song... SO DAMN MUCH. One of my all time favourite songs! So damned under appreciated! </3

 

The chorus is HEAVENLY and the jarring and erratic verses are oddly complimentary!

Those heartbeats at the start... :cry: This song really is just something else. It's so special.

I wasn't so keen on TEOG for years but my grandmother's death made me love it again. So gorgeous and heartbreaking!!

Now this for me is just pure perfection. I remember where I was when I first heard it and how euphoric it made me feel. Nothing has changed since then. What a masterpiece.

The Edge of Glory will forever be such a special song, and one of my absolute favourite Gaga singles :wub: The build-up at the beginning leading up to THAT chorus. What did we do to deserve this?

The Edge of Glory has aged so well tbh, I always forget just how GREAT it is until I hear it!

"Put on your shades cuz I'll be dancing in the flames" is one of my fave all time Gaga lyrics. :heart:

Lyrically the song is everything. The production too. The way it starts with a heartbeat and ends with it flat-lining: that's musical perfection. :cry:

It wasn't until VERY recently that 'Judas' overtook this. WHAT A SONG this is. Absolutely STELLAR. :wub: It's just so POWERFUL.

 

I have no opinion on the video though. It's alright. Not her best and the song deserved better, but it's not bad and is perfectly fine for the song so *shrugs*

TEOG is a proper song. No gimmicks, no "Gaga ooh la la". Just a genuine choon.

The sax is a complete SPINE TINGLING MOMENT. One of my very favourite Gaga moments!
