I like "Overprotected", which reminds me to the singles from ...Baby One More Time and Oops!... I Did It Again and it's because of Max Martin's involvement, but it doesn't have a huge replay nowadays. As a side note, I hope Spotify fixes that tag because it's not the radio edit. :lol:

'I'm A Slave 4 U' and 'Oveprotected' are both amongst Britney's most underrated singles, so slick in their production and melodies, even though they were decent sized hits, I feel like they are generally overlooked by the public :(

 

'Lonely' is such a killer album track and would have worked very well as a single. Beyond the first two singles, this era was handled very messily imo.

"Lonely" is cute and the bridge is really good.

Another really underrated one, this is such a beautiful track! :wub:

'I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman' is really cute but not one I go back much to in terms of Britney's single discography, I remember being shocked it did as well as #02 upon release. I'm sure 'Crossroads' played a big part in that.

 

It is lovely upon re-listening, a lot of nostalgia attached to it :wub:

This is cute and I get why it was used to soundtrack 'Crossroads', but it's not essential for me! A better wordy titled ballad single than both 'From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart' and 'Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know' though. It's adorable.

"I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman" brings me back to nostalgia to be honest and it's cute ballad. The Metro Mix is awesome though. It's a little bizarre that Britney didn't co-write this and it was, in fact, Dido.

I prefer the single mix of 'Boys' with Pharrell and the slicker production but this is an underrated BOP in any form *.*
