After the very successful listening parties held in other Artist Forums, we have decided to start one for Little Mix. Of course, we are starting with the debut album 'DNA' this week. The album includes the top 3 smashes 'Wings' & 'DNA' as well as the top 20 hits 'Change Your Life' & 'How Ya Doin'?'!

 

Here's how it works.. we all listen separately, but at 7pm (BST) we hit play at the same time so that we are in sync and can discuss the tracks on time with each other and we can experience the albums together.

Looking forward to this! I remember getting this album for Christmas 2012 and it helped get me through my GCSEs *.*

Such a strong debut! I look forward to a bit of nostalgia. I don't remember the last time I listened to any of the 'DNA' album tracks or even listened to 'DNA' (the single).

I'm very excited to relisten too! I've not heard the album in full for a while, so I'm excited to listen to it for the first time in a while with you guys!

 

Is everyone OK with the 7pm start? Just coz Gaga had their singles listening session pushed back and I told Bal I'd be fine doing an earlier slot if they wanna take the usual 8/8:30 slot on Tuesday.

I will be joining. I haven't listened to the album for ages so I'm quite excited to hear it again. I've forgotten what a fair few of the tracks were like to be fair.

Here we go! Starting off with the girls 2nd UK #1 single! I go through phases with 'Wings'. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I don't really care for it! But it was a fantastic debut and so different to other X Factor winners debut singles!

'Wings' is such a cute debut! I really loved the girls on the X Factor so I was intrigued about their material following it - thankfully they delivered for me with this. Another #1 in the bag *.* it seems pretty underrated these days in general but remains one of my favourites of their leads, so feel-good!

Iconic. An excellent start to their career. Took it a while for it to grow on me, but I heard it played in a surprisingly high number of nightclubs at the time which helped it grow on me. So glad they performed it at 'One Love Manchester' too. The motivation we needed! :wub:

'Wings' was a great (proper) lead single in that it set a tone for their vision and the message they wanted to send to their young fans. I can't say I return to it much now though oop

YES! Their performance of this at One Love Manchester was a MOMENT. Such a highlight <3
