July 10, 20205 yr What a childish point set out to belittle me. That has literally happened and we never cancel the whole thing and whine about it. I’m pretty sure all the songs I gave a 0 to are out already anyway and my 0s wouldn’t be that effective if people were actually giving them high scores anyway. As I said, you do you x I've been from hot to cold to hot to hideous with 2002 but after loooong gap in listening I think I sort of stan it again  If I could swap its chart run with 1999's I still would though </3
July 10, 20205 yr Ain’t Got Far To Go is brill in my eyes :) 2002 was my worst song from either artist glad it hasn’t made the top 25
July 10, 20205 yr '2002' is far too high but at least it's still bottom half. 'FRIENDS' to go ASAP as well pls xx 'Ain't Got Far To Go' is another one on a similar level to 'No One', it's fine, not an essential. x And also watch who ur calling a troll  I don't think of you as a troll but I'm afraid these statistics don't back that up
July 10, 20205 yr I think "Karate" is way too low, although the novelty of that for me is that I knew it prior to her being a big deal so I liked it without any sort of judgement!
July 10, 20205 yr Author I will catch up with the rest in a bit but that's all you're getting for tonight folks! :o I'm so glad you've been such an ACTIVE audience and I shall continue with the top 25 tomorrow! Here's a reminder of the remaining songs to be revealed: Alarm All I Am Boy Ciao Adios Do It Right Don't Be So Hard On Yourself Either Way FRIENDS Hold My Hand I'll Be There Kill The Lights Let Me Live Love Me Again My Love Not Letting Go One Touch Rather Be Real Love Remember I Told You Right Here Rockabye Rumour Mill Take Me Home Then These Days It won't be a full reveal tomorrow - let's say I'll go up until the top 10 but it depends how much commentary I can be bothered to write
July 10, 20205 yr 2002 isn’t like terrible bad but it still annoys me how the songs mentioned aren’t from that year.
July 10, 20205 yr Having said that I don't think Klumzee is a troll though... '2002' a "well-written" song?? The writing is exactly what makes it awful! I think "Karate" is way too low, although the novelty of that for me is that I knew it prior to her being a big deal so I liked it without any sort of judgement! Lmao I liked it when it was in BJSC and I started to doubt myself when her hit singles turned out so awful wondering if it would also sound bad in retrospect. (It doesn't, it's just actually better than most of her hit singles x)
July 10, 20205 yr Author Also thanks to this rate I've now listened to each one of these songs multiple times. I only have myself to blame...
July 10, 20205 yr Was expecting 2002 to be lower than that. Hope Ciao Adios or Then wins but I think that may be unlikely. 'Don't Be So Hard On Yourself' would be a worthy winner also.
July 10, 20205 yr Author Klumzee didn’t want to turn T Boy away and be accused of discrimination We accept everyone here! A place that can accept a celebration of Jess & Anne-Marie has to be pretty tolerant! What a childish point set out to belittle me. That has literally happened and we never cancel the whole thing and whine about it. I’m pretty sure all the songs I gave a 0 to are out already anyway and my 0s wouldn’t be that effective if people were actually giving them high scores anyway. Not trying to stir the pot but you do have another 7 of your 0's still remaining :teresa:
July 10, 20205 yr Author Having said that I don't think Klumzee is a troll though... '2002' a "well-written" song?? The writing is exactly what makes it awful! In the eyes of a local it is! Who wants a new chorus when you can sing the lines of all your noughties faves as a chorus instead? Maybe it's not well-written, but cleverly written to reel in as many unsuspecting victims as possible? Plus it is catchy like a rash.
