Enjoying this more than I remembered!

I remember when they performed this exclusively for iTunes Festival. Everyone was losing their shit, but as much as I enjoy it, I don't seem to love it as much as everyone else seems to. A nice continuation from 'Hair' though, with a more 'Salute' album sound...

I love Leigh's vocals in Grown so much :heart:

 

I do think it's the weakest song of the album so far but it's still annoyingly catchy.

I seem to remember there being a poundland version of this melody / instrumental on an advert :lol: it's good fun anyway!

I really don't remember much about I Love You at all.

 

It's a bit boring and forgettable tbh, nowhere near their best ballads.

I love this song a LOT! I think it gets a hard time and it's always seen as bottom half of the album! Jesy sounds incredible on it. It's a very mid-90's ballad!

 

So underrated.

I Love You is a little bland for me- not very memorable and Perrie's voice verges on screechy at points :/

I've never seen this compared to Charli XCX before but wow, the production and chorus aren't a million miles away from 'Fancy'! Quite like this one :o

'Lightning' is one of their best EVER album tracks for me :wub: so dramatic in a 'DNA' kind of way.

Lightning is a massive tune apart from the breakdown which is a bit weird.

 

I always forget how much I love (most of) this one though.
