DANCEFLOORS may be closed for the time being thanks to Covid, but that’s not holding back the mighty Kylie Minogue.

I can reveal the Aussie superstar will make a comeback this Thursday with a huge disco floor- filler track called Say Something.

“Say Something is upbeat and summery. It’s been a grim few months for everyone so Kylie feels like now is the perfect time to put it out and spread some joy.”

:yahoo: :dancing: :cheer:

Say Something is coming this Thursday according to The Sun.

(It has to be true right?)

Yep Defo!

I would presume it will come around midnight Aussie time Friday so middayish in UK Thursday on radio then to buy and download from midnight Friday also

Say Something

Seems we are getting a new single on Friday - This is very exciting indeed - Kylie Disco - couldn't be happier
Both new Kylie and Little Mix on Friday! The gays are being spoiled.

I think Kylie will play it very safe on this song. I don't expect anything too Disco or edgy. Just a bit of a summery bop.

I am just happy she is still releasing music

Lets hope she able to do some good promo though if album not put until Nov reportedly then she has time to get things recorded for TV programmes etc before any other lockdown happens lol.

Split this into a new topic. Can't believe we're two days away from a new Kylie single!

I know, what a treat....we’re so used to longer gaps though ‘if’ an album does come this year it’ll still be well over 2 years since Golden, similar to X to Aphrodite. We’d combust if albums went back to yearly ha ha.

Of course she did give us Timebomb, then TARS after Aphrodite and plenty of Christmas gifts prior to Golden.

Hope this is not a one off like Timebomb, insiders are saying an album is coming.

I'm so excited, but I'm little angry with her label. Why a Thursday release? I want Kylie to make it to the official top 100, but how should this work? Her die-hard fans will buy the song immediately which won't be enough for a new entry on Friday, others might buy / stream it later, but with those first day sales missing it will miss top 100 next week, too.

My exact thoughts, so happy she is giving us new music but really think she should hold it off until Friday and get every sale and stream counted in the first week. Ideally a physical would be ready to order on friday as this would up her chart position and we know kylie and bmg do take heed her of chart positions for the lead single.

Looks like album on pre order from Weds midnight/Thurs morning....

Now if they give away the single with pre orders straight away then it will count towards this week chart lol....

Are they allowed to hold it back until Midnight Thurs/Friday Morning? Seems a bit strange.

If the 12 sec clip is Say Something then I think I am going to love it.

Love the single art work too

Depends if BMG have made any deals I guess. I imagine she'll have a Top 3 placing on New Music Friday (Little Mix will probably be #1) but who knows after that. I think 'Dancing' may have had some minor playlist support.
Really hope its out Friday and not Thursday and fingers crossed for some streaming support.
