These scores feel kind of harsh compared to most of the other rates and I actually did really love this album lmao. I just feel like the highest scores get a bit devalued if I don't utilise numbers lower than 8 enough :kink:

What a consistent album. Many songs are continuing to separate themselves from the rest, so in a year's time, my rate may look completely different! (Can we bookmark in another rate for a year's time :cool: )

It's a superb album, even though not 5/5 stars, more like 4/5 for me! The first half is super strong!

Thanks for the nudge in this direction Sam. On the whole I think the album is really enjoyable and there's nothing I actively dislike... but I think I would welcome it being cut down as it does start to all blur a bit for me in the second half in particular. There are some really lovely tracks here though and I'm still loving seeing this side to her music.

The best bits are exceptional (but I can't give anything above a 9 as Exile is so far ahead) and the others are all fine but I probably would enjoy them a bit more if it were about 13 tracks.
