Juice WRLD continuing to do much better on Spotify than Apple for whatever reason then. (Although a bit lower than you'd expect on both platforms).

 

Also debuting today (left off Bjork's list), Joji & Diplo in at #168 - surprisingly despite the 'big' name collaboration that's actually quite a bit lower than all the previous singles from Joji's current era charted, seems like this will likely be the first to miss the official top 100. Joji continuing to do nothing on Apple Music, only #775 there (and weirdly his previous single 'Gimme Love' is actually still higher at #716).

Hot Hits are a mess. They often don't place hit songs high up until well after their peak.

So how do they decide the placements then ? For ex - how is a song like Little Mix's Holiday already in the top 10 of Hot Hits UK despite being around the 50s range in Spotify's UK chart since its release ? But Lighter which was released at the same time is only 33 in Hot Hits UK despite being in top 5 of Spotify's UK chart for over 10 days at this point ?

In the US, Glass Animals have 7 tracks in the top 200 with the highest being Tangerine at #44!

 

Its class that they are so big in America like! The new album is pretty great from first listen!

Lots of old songs doing well cos of the hot weather. Mr. Brightside at #51 and Dancing in the Moonlight (Toploader) at #78 although that might be benefitting due to the Jubël version. Also Juliet & Romeo is just outside the top 100, is that it’s highest position on Spotify?
