Wonder if it gets counted just as Digital track download ? I read the chart rules and still can't work it out

It's confusing cos If you go to the definition of a single in the OCC rules

it mentions audio downloads, audio streams,

and video streams but not video downloads

 

but then if you go the combining section it says:

Digital Audio or Video Track -Permanent Digital Download -Unlimited digital variants or alternative versions of featured song may be combined for chart placing.

 

 

I would find it hard to believe that paying 1.99 for a video download would not be counted....

She has never been super huge in Europe but I can totally see Wap debuting high in the US.
