This forum may be called "Beyoncé and Destiny's Child" but Kelly proved her worth in the latest discography rate where her solo releases took up 5 of the top 7 spots! :o Now it's time to see who really falls in Buzzjack's favour: will it be Queen B or Special K? :kink: There will be a series of rounds (with categories for each one) and if all goes well perhaps the winners of each will end up in a Survivor...

First round: Best collaboration that kick started their solo careers.

Special K

Honestly both of these songs are incredibly iconic and timeless and will most certainly go down as classics in pop/r&b music. Two of the biggest songs of the 2000s and biggest girl group solo singles. But Crazy In Love just edges it for me

Dilemma.

Omg. Poor Michelle :')

I assume she was vetoed on the grounds that Say Yes & We Break The Dawn would smash ALL competition tbh

Yes Torn was a bop! Torn >>>> Michelle tbh.

'Crazy In Love' is THAT BITCH, so I had to go for that. I don't hear much about 'Dilemma' anymore and rarely choose to listen to it, although I still love it when I hear it.
Hmm, both are obviously iconic smashes that definitely stood the test of time, but I think I prefer Crazy In Love just a tiny bit more.

Love how everyone tries to forget 'Work it Out' or '03 Bonnie & Clyde'

1. Work It Out wasn't a collaboration.

2. '03 Bonnie & Clyde didn't launch Beyoncé's solo career i.e. lead her debut album. :P

3. I love both.
