I would say it will almost certainly be Sweet Melody. No Time for Tears is Nathan's song technically, so he'd have been listed as a performer too (so that he can stand in a box and pretend to DJ).

 

'Break Up Song' might be a slightly better choice for the Strictly audience, but both singles would gel more with the Strictly audience than 'Woman Like Me' did two years ago.

OMG 'Sweet Melody' would be HUGE. Although watch it be 'Secret Love Song' or something :lol:

As long as they don’t do some different rendition of it and ruin a promo slot like they did with WLM

(I know I whine alot about Woman Like Me but the Strictly performance of it was so, so bad. The arrangement was awful and was such a waste of a slot.)

The Christmas songs falling was quite a surprise, but I’m all for SM climbing so 😋

The strictly performance will give this longevity which is what it needs over Christmas.

 

They played it very well - instead of all the promo the week of the album, they’re staggering it.

If they get a slot on Graham too in December then we are winning.

Yeah, it'll be charity songs and Christmas songs overload by then but it'll do great for the album and also help the song stay fresh so it continues to smash as soon as Christmas is over.
