If preorders are around the same, I think that Little Mix will get it. They have around an 8k streaming advantage that needs to be built in, I just don’t see Kylie selling 8k more physicals than Little Mix during release week.

FTR I can't decide who's gonna win this, I think it's gonna be really close either way.

I think Little Mix's streaming might be a bit higher than last time round given they have 3 singles this time round instead of just one.

 

I just got an email from Spotify as a Kylie fan offering a new format, unless that's old news?

Yeah Kylie has just announced a special edition double LP of 4,000 copies. I've brought it as the sound quality of double LPs is better than singles (plus it contains the 4 bonus tracks)

That seems big for Kylie. Hope LM announce a few more tricks in the next week.

of course HMV having 120 shops closed from Thursday + all the other independents being closed wont help sales for wither. but their online presence is very good

The fact that they have the same amount of preorders already goes to show that LM are not relying on streaming for this as much as you make it sound.

i am not saying that. i didn't say they are reliant.

 

what i am saying is, if it stays neck and neck like it is at the moment then Little Mix streaming numbers would probably win them the battle.
