I'm just delighted a 2nd single is getting the vinyl treatment, if they done that with stop me from falling on the week it peaked it could have got her another top 40.

I'd like that as it works be cheaper and I think most people who buy ine would buy the other.

Both releases are aimed at the same people and this method would benefit all parties involved.

Say Something and Magic! I'm glad she's doing a vinyl for Magic - it's a pity that BMG didn't go further than Dancing when it comes to releasing singles as physicals in the Golden era.

Buying both vinyl singles together is £4 postage (1st class), only 50p more than buying just one, which isn't too bad.

Id be shocked if it was as low as 500 for the UK - I’m a member of various Kylie collector sites etc., due to the size of my Kylie collection and certainly many are going abroad but many are going to the UK with the hardcore collectors buying multiples, there are also people offering to buy them for international fans so they count towards the UK charts.

Not sure what the breakdown was when ‘Dancing’ went to #38 but that would be a good indication of potential UK sales.

 

 

‘Dancing’ sold 8,267 the week the vinyl was released and it went to #38, it was also #1 on the vinyl singles chart (Not that it means much :lol: ). The MW report for the week does not give the total amount the single sold on vinyl though.

Yup and the Dancing was only sold in the bundles wasn't it, not alone?

^^ It was sold alone in independent stores for £5.99 but the majority of the sales would have come from the bundles.
