Interesting that the original version of 'Jerusalema' has overtaken the Burna Boy remix (this might have happened a while ago but I've only just noticed xx). I do like the original but I definitely think Burna Boy adds a lot to it so I wouldn't choose to listen to the original over the remix.
I don't think I've ever heard another Van Halen song apart from Jump. Just looked it up and I'm quite surprised to learn that they had another top ten hit (Why Can't This Be Love, hence that's the other one charting again). RIP Eddie.

Climbing again:

20. Carly Rae Jepsen - I Really Like You

The time it spent in top 40 since it got a boost is truly impressive.

The opposite for me. Don't get me wrong Burna Boy's vocal is good on the remix but Nomcebo Zikode's vocal is so good and emotive she can carry the track herself I think.

great to see so many Van Halen songs climbing. My favourite is When It's Love, their last US top 10

‘Jump’ must be one of the all time great guitar based songs!
iTunes chart is so depressing at the moment with all the people dying

Michael Jackson's 'Beat It' (feat. an Eddie Van Halen guitar solo, as I learnt the other day) is also back in the top 100.

I feel like 'Jump' is the only Van Halen song that I have ever consciously heard, though there may be others I would recognise maybe. A great song anyway.

I thought it strange no-one had mentioned Beat It - why else would it be randomly appearing...

(although I suppose many things randomly appear on iTunes now)
