Posted October 16, 20204 yr View this post on Instagram Walkers has today announced the launch of a new limited-edition sausage roll flavoured crisps for the festive season. (IN MOST SHOPS FROM MONDAY!) But in the ultimate spirit of Crispmas giving, the crisps, dubbed ‘The Power of Sausage Roll’, will also help raise money for charity. In a bid to help the Trussel Trust – which supports a network of food banks across the UK, and is working towards a future where everyone has enough money for the essentials - raise more money than ever before at Christmas, 5p from every pack sold will be donated to the charity. It’s never been easier to do good at Christmas! The new flavour is being launched in partnership with social media star @ladbabyofficial - who has hit the coveted festive number one spot for the last two Christmases with his sausage roll-inspired singles, which also raise money for the @trusseltrust. The nation’s crisp and sausage roll lovers will be able to find ‘The Power of Sausage Roll’, flavour crisps, which are suitable for vegetarians, in grab bags*, sharing packs* and multipacks*, from retailers nationwide**. So BuzzJack, if you thought 2020 couldn’t get any stranger, we now have sausage roll flavoured crisps dubbed ‘The Power of Sausage Roll’ perhaps hinting at a clue to the title or style or sound we may very well expect from LadBaby in his attempt to reclaim the coveted #1 spot for a third year in a row to complete the hat-trick. Would it be something as obvious as a cover of “The Power Of Love” by Frankie Goes To Hollywood or would he go for his usual uptempo and impromptu style of comedic pop music? Let’s get discussing before it is likely revealed in the coming weeks leading up to the Christmas releases.
October 16, 20204 yr Urgh, like 2020 wasn’t a shitshow already :manson: At least it’s for charity, but I’d rather not. Edited October 17, 20204 yr by Thom Kerewolf
October 16, 20204 yr After people somehow didn't get tired of the 'joke' last year I think it's pretty clear he'll probably be able to continue getting Christmas #1 every year as long as he continues releasing songs.
October 16, 20204 yr I feel like it’ll get even more press coverage this year due to it being a record breaker for him to have 3 #1s so it feels inevitable to me.
October 16, 20204 yr Looks like he'll be starring in the Walker's Christmas ads this year, more great promotion for it! @1316635247203803137
October 16, 20204 yr His videos on social media all get millions of views each, so yeah I'm sure lots do  (I would haha)
October 16, 20204 yr The King coming to match the Beatles and the Spice Girls record :cheeseblock: It's not too late to delete this post and your entire account x
October 17, 20204 yr Yes. “God Gave Sausage Rolls To You” has already pre-booked its place at number 1.
October 17, 20204 yr It'll probably go to #1 and with his biggest ever first week sales too given the year we have had.
October 17, 20204 yr Who would want to buy Christmas crisps before Halloween? Edited October 17, 20204 yr by SimpsonFan
October 17, 20204 yr Author Yes. “God Gave Sausage Rolls To You” has already pre-booked its place at number 1. That sounds believable but then anything with “Rock & Roll” in the title lends itself to sausage rolls. “I know it’s only Sausage Rolls but I like it”
October 17, 20204 yr With the number one this week only selling 48k there’s a good chance it’ll be easy to do. The Christmas number one is announced on Xmas day this year right?
October 17, 20204 yr I hope not but it could happen. I wish someone would release a new decent original Christmas song for a change!
October 17, 20204 yr I hope not but it could happen. I wish someone would release a new decent original Christmas song for a change! People do every year but none of them seem to do well. I follow Ladbaby on Instagram and he's actually quite funny and comes across as quite a likeable guy. And yeah I'm pretty sure he'll do the hat-trick.
October 17, 20204 yr It's rumoured to be Another Sausage Roll Christmas, after the Gary Glitter 1984 Top 10 hit.
