I think its success will depend on how much support dua lipa and her team throw behind it. If they push it and kylies team the same it could do ok.

Dua's team have no reason to push it as it's not being included on Future Nostalgia Moonlight Edition, whereas Prisoner for example is.

Thursday releases don't have the best luck on New Music Friday but fingers crossed with it being a quiet week it can snatch #1 there!

At the very least it will hopefully get some traction on streaming and they will do a Mable/Becky Hill and tack the remix onto Disco to give the album a boost.
Dua has a writing credit, which leads me to believe she's written new verses!

Looking forward to hearing it, I guess this is why BMG went a bit quiet on the single as they were planning and recording this.

It's just something new and I love a Kylie release day still , 33 years after the first.

Brightens up my January.

Have a feeling though that this is not going to come into fruition.....

The only thing keeping me going is that BMG are due to release new material for streaming purposes as per their strategy to improve streaming for Kylie and as nothing came before Xmas or during Xmas then something should be on the cards

Confirmed to be released at midnight as it's out in New Zealand! Preview can be heard below:

:cheer: :cheer:

Such an exciting release - hopefully in the January lull it can do something and become a 3rd chart entry from Disco.

Oh I don't like this :( I think the new production takes away the charm from the original.

Dua also doesn't have a new verse or anything, she doesn't really have any solo verses either. It's Kylie on the verses, Kylie & Dua on the chorus and then there's some "real groove" airy vocals at the end and in the bridge which are Dua, but yeah, this isn't that good. I wasn't a fan of the original but I personally find it better

Well it's the Studio 2054 remix no? Everyone loved it during the stream of her concert.

Love songs and love different versions so I'm hear for it. Not sure why everyone has to say it doesn't so anything to the orginal its not as good as the orginal.....

It's different, doesn't have to be better or worse.

Some people never happy lol

Kylie fans are always best at dragging what she does (Just take a look at SayHey  ), let’s hope the GP like it and streaming playlists latch on to it being something new.
It’s each to their own though. I didn’t like Real Groove at first, but lately it’s really grown on me, and then this remix sort of tarnished it for me haha. I would listen to it first, I feel like it’s going to be a polarising remix.

well everyone loved it on the Studio 2054 livestream and its the same it seems,

i like it and its great she is getting these new girls interested in working with her

dont forget to stream on NYE and download on New Years Day for sales impact

if Dua Lipa wasnt on this then Real Groove may never get heard by the General Public.... better chance and also get a few extra streams/sales for Disco

lets hope Dua sends out a tweet tomorrow

would be great if Dua team gave BMG auth to use the footage from Studio 2054 to youtube channel

Hi huns

Where can I listen to this?

Thanks huns

Just Carol

It will be on iTunes and streaming at midnight for the UK

At worst this is going to attract a new audience that may not be Kylie fans via streaming and they could check out Disco etc., - the fact that it’s a quiet time of year for new releases could really work to its advantage too, I’m not expecting it to race up the charts but it could make an appearance in the Top 100 and overall give a boost to Disco which is ultimately always BMG’s aim with any single release.
