Both songs are fabulous  Thanks for hosting this, Liam!

I'm not particularly surprised by how Your Disco Needs You did because it is a rather divisive song here on BuzzJack. I'm more surprised by The One's position!

The One and Your disco needs you would def be in my top 10 at the least and def there ahead of get outta my way and spinning around,

The best song won as far as I'm concerned.

I was pretty aghast at 'Giving You Up' missing the top 20, but maybe that's not entirely unexpected.

I don't agree the best song, it was a good winner but could have been better with an All The Lovers win.

Thanks Jay! I've enjoyed hosting! I knew it already of course, but this survivor has really highlighted just how strong the material in Kylie's second wave of success was. I suppose if you weren't old enough to remember, you'd be forgiven for thinking 'Spinning Around' was her debut and not realise she had a whole string of hits previously. Parlophone really did a fantastic job of bringing Kylie into the 21st century and making her a force to be reckoned with among all the fresh young talent.

I agree that the biggest shock was 'The One' missing the Top 10. I know it was contending with some huge hits but, as the rate in 2018 showed, it seemed to hold its own. Just wasn't so lucky this time. I'd have said 'Your Disco Needs You' too but the last AF Idol proved it wasn't as popular with general pop fans or even some of the fanbase here. There's some songs I'd move around due to personal preference but generally I think that's a pretty solid order!
