Wasn’t Taylor Swift doing them with Folklore, like splitting the sons up into categories/EPs

I initially thought dance with the devil was a new track but it was a bonus for witness deluxe. Strange release - would have been better to release an e.p. with new material included.

Surely these are just playlists and not EPs

There is another EP on her spotify called 'Camp Katy' which is also like this, some old songs and some from her latest album.
