The only way is for BMG to release something else this evening.

They could still put at F9 remix, Infinite Disco remix, BBC Live version of Say Something on Itunes

Same goes for Magic they could put the Infinite Disco remix up or BBC Live Version on itunes

Could they add an EP of all the versions to Spotify/Apple etc (this could take streams away from Disco though)

Magic is still 18 in Itunes and is selling 25% of number 1.

Streaming should stay quite high for both songs all week.

It doesnt help when probably 3 Ariana and 3 Little Mix are probably ahead.

Also I am almost certain a 99p digi bundle is going to come for one or the other from her Store,

They can also reduce copies to 59p etc on Itunes.

She still has more promo to come.

lets see where she is today in the mids. i am guessing Say Something 32 and Magic 33 :P

those 3.7 and 3.3k is only from Friday and Saturday with some missing streaming no doubt,

Well there are hardly any downloads in those Sunday Figures maybe a few hundred for Magic. Streaming will only be for Friday in those too. Vinyls probably 4000 limit each and thats worldwide. We will know the breakdown later

Say Something and Magic reportedly 23 and 24 in midweeks.

They will need some special release from BMG to stay anywhere near the top 40 by Friday.

Magic is holding up well on iTunes but won't be enough.

Everyone stream and buy a copy or remix

The Digi bundle on Kylie.com for Dancing was released on Tuesday Eve of release week of Golden

Will they do something similar for Magic and Say Something tomorrow

Magic and Say Something have 11 (eleven) versions in the Amazon top 100 downloads at the moment.

Fans starting to grab any sales they can.

It's probably about 20 sales for each song lol but every thing counts.

Stream the remixes too

This is what BMG did on 10/4 for Dancing when it was near top 40 for the week. Tuesday evening when Golden was released on the Friday

Fun fact: if one of the Kylie songs manages to stay top 40 by Friday, it will be Kylie’s 50th top 40 single (as the lead artist)!

Even more reason to try and make it happen!

Edited by Davidson

It would be such a victory if Kylie manages to secure a Top 40 placement with either song.

Amazing breakdown - thanks.

From those figures I’m guessing the vinyl was limited to 5,000 with 50% going to international fans.

Also love the premium stream ratio.

LOVE this breakdown

Vinyls usually pressed 4000 at a time. so i think 4000 each.

18 Magic, bright green and 30% of what number 1 on their chart is selling. Amazon downloads chipping in another 20-25 a day.

Need BMG and those digi bundles or a new itunes remix lol. They are used to Thursday releases lol so do one this week :)

Jay do we know what number 40 on yesterdays upset was on sales wise? Straight Murder by Giggs

Come on everyone

the Nick Reach Remix of Magic hardly sold any on Itunes and is the best remix so that is the one Kylie fans need to download too

Magic up to 16 on Itunes

i really hope they show a clip etc on The One Show and its not just her talking about glastonbury.

Promote Disco please

You’re all welcome re: the breakdown!

Today:

#35 - Say Something (5,164 - including 411 downloads & 2,517 vinyl)

#37 - Magic (5,104 - including 964 downloads & 1,923 vinyl)

Sadly it’s too difficult for these songs to keep up with usual Top 40 hits, which get much stronger daily streams. If only BMG considered it worthwhile to produce cd singles and/or cassette singles.

Totally expected but gutted they will both miss out on Top 40 although new peaks are still great
