Nathan’s last single was released in July so it makes sense that his label wanted him to get a new one out already...

It’s annoying that we’ll have all the Christmas songs pushing it down but I guess the plan is for it to peak in January.

Yeah. I think they're well aware what time of year it is, but hopefully by January/impact date (which is why I guess they've held the video back?) this song will be familiar enough to benefit a lot in time for it to grab a decent peak/re-peak and keep up it's longevity.

Kinda irritating seeing people not understand that song isn't the girls' song but rather someone else's and they are just collaborating, so it's not their sound lol like it's a dance song by a new UK DJ, it's not going to be imprinted with signature sound and dripping with his personality.

 

The girls do enough, they sing their assess off and it still has that playful Little Mix sound, especially where they break the melody and rhythm apart for Jesy's part, that's a classic Little Mix move.

He's still pretty plain though. Listening to Flowers and Lighter I don't hear anything too amazing either. I'm seeing people blaming Little Mix for the generic/faceless quality which isn't their fault. Would you blame Ariana for how muddy Rain on Me is?

 

He's still a growing DJ and the collab is obvi there to improve his image by collaborating with the biggest, current UK act.

120 on Apple Music now but is moving up fairly quickly!

I expected it as soon as I saw he was close behind them when he was at 13 and they were at 11. It's a Christmas song too, so depending on how it streams it'll probs be ahead for a few weeks.
