Yes, she takes away from the song if anything IMO. I'm just playing the original, wish that was the version on the radio. November 14, 20205 yr Arlo Parks is amazing, both Black Dog and Hurt are incredible songs, hope her debut album due in 2021 does well, you're missing on a great new UK talent

November 14, 20205 yr Yeah I’ve not been particularly impressed by her either. Hurt is the best of a bad bunch but it doesn’t deserve as long as it has now had on the playlist.
