December 18, 20213 yr It was a slur in the 80s as well but in the context of the song it is a brilliant line and lyrically the song is brilliant but I’m happy to listen to the uncensored version myself as I understand it isn’t as accepted for all people and the feelings it brings up for them!

December 18, 20213 yr I don't think Flowers is misogynistic per se, but I do think it is glamourising a nasty type of lifestyle, I wince a bit at it though it doesn't help that the song itself is shit (not that it's really comparable to FONY!).
