December 2, 20205 yr All those Christmas songs are well and good but why's Sia's 'Santa's Coming For Us' nowhere to be seen? I know it's on ACR now but was still hoping for it to show up somewhere. EDIT: just spotted it at #89 in Monday's mids so hopefully it's on course to go Top 40 again this year :D Edited December 2, 20205 yr by M4ngo Ho Ho
December 2, 20205 yr Ariana :cheeseblock: 'positions' still #1 and both '34+35' + 'Santa Tell Me' climbing, amazing
December 2, 20205 yr Positions pretty secure for Week 6 but thanks to Mariah for making this week more exciting than expected anyway!
December 2, 20205 yr How can Ariana have extended her lead? Something sounds fishy. Steps should at least match the opening sales of TOTD which is impressive. Edited December 2, 20205 yr by Rossco
December 2, 20205 yr Great news for Kylie, is the sales increase due to a new bundle or nothing specific? Just wondering as it’s great she has increased but there hasn’t been any promotion.
December 2, 20205 yr How can Ariana have extended her lead? Something sounds fishy. Mariah dropped to the 300-400k zone on Spotify yesterday, with ACR, while Ariana was in the same zone without ACR. I presume that's it?
December 2, 20205 yr The Apple Music data for the 1st doesn’t seem to missing which isn’t great for Mariah’s chances
December 2, 20205 yr Good to see Gary increasing the lead and moving into #1 on Amazon. Great sales for Steps and BB. Feels like the album chart could be 1998!
December 2, 20205 yr December 1st Spotify numbers reward Mariah, but they are 390k Vs 200k. Not a big difference I guess with ACR. Can anybody explain how much the acr effects Xmas songs? Thanks Anyway next week will benefit from the Apple Special, new single, the first weekend of December and December 8th Edited December 2, 20205 yr by sprock-93
December 2, 20205 yr Decent sales for the top 3/4 albums, impressed AC/DC are still doing around 12-15k and Gary should reach 45-50k so sales starting to hold up better as we get closer to Xmas and with the shops open that should help artists like Kylie, AC/DC, Barlow and Steps due to their fanbases. Top 2 singles sales looking very low, the number one will barely reach 40k. Mariah as predicted will do the standard first week of December sales of 30-35k!
December 2, 20205 yr The fact midnight Sky would have been top 3 and prisoner #6 if it wasn’t for Xmas :frankie:
December 2, 20205 yr Climbing in its 4th week when people were predicting 1-12-37... :cheeseblock: All those fakes sales - that pesky scammer :drama:
December 2, 20205 yr Great news for Kylie, is the sales increase due to a new bundle or nothing specific? Just wondering as it’s great she has increased but there hasn’t been any promotion. cancel that, just realised Dec 2 today,
December 2, 20205 yr Surely 1st December was going to be Mariah's biggest boost until way closer to Christmas now? The Apple event seems to be more of a push towards the 'Oh Santa!' remix, I honestly see Ariana staying at #1 for 8 weeks as per my initial prediction, it hasn't dipped below 300k streams on Spotify during its entire run
