will Mariah Carey hold on for a second week on the singles chart? Taylor Swift's willow may be a contender, with a few others from her newest album set to debut. Kid Cudi's Show Out featuring Skepta & Pop Smoke could enter the top 40, plus new tracks from Juice WRLD/The Kid LAROI, Rudimental and Tate McRae

Taylor Swift looks to score her sixth #1 album with evermore just a few months after the last. Kid Cudi returns with Man On The Moon III: The Chosen the final part of his MOTM trilogy, and The Avalanches release their third album We Will Always Love You

Breakdown of the week

- Saturday: Some information may be posted on social media but it is likely to be missing most streaming data and is unrepresentative.

- Sunday: Official First Look Chart on Radio 1 from 6-7pm. Please do not post spoilers on the forum in advance as this ruins the countdown for any listeners.

- Monday: OCC Top 100 from 5:45pm

- Tuesday: Top 40 update as and when we receive them with requests, this is NOT 100% guaranteed however. The OCC may publish sales flashes of their own accord but likewise, this is not guaranteed. Twitter and social media is your friend for today. Please post any information you find with a source. Do not nag for updates, we will post a top 40 update if we receive one.

- Wednesday: Top 40 update from Music Week from 5:45, and potential top 5 sales but this is not guaranteed.

- Thursday: See Tuesday.

Other notes (please read)

- You may make requests Tuesday to Thursday but outside the top 40, specific positions will not be revealed (unless deemed necessary by a mod).

- Please do not demand a midweek update, one will be posted as and when we receive the information. Patience is a virtue.

- Sales information will be given out as deemed necessary by a moderator, please bear this in mind when making requests. Most requests for sales will be ignored. Any chart requests between No. 41 to 100 will not be answered after Monday's update.

- To keep everyone in the loop of all chart action, please refer to the iTunes and Spotify threads.

Another 33 pages incoming this week.

Woulda been a dead week without Taylor as the Q4 releases near the end.

What are your predictions for #1 in the UK next week?

Mariah again with Taylor in albums.

Mariah again with Taylor in albums.

Taylor has had a strong debut today - but I could see it having a very similar trend with the songs from folklore, which is a strong debut day, followed by a massive drop in streams every single day until the end of the tracking week.

Taylor should probably be safe for the #1 album this week if she is already ahead of Ball/Boe even before streaming then.
Taylor should probably be safe for the #1 album this week if she is already ahead of Ball/Boe even before streaming then.

In my opinion, she will be #1 on the albums come the 18th.

Taylor is 2 atm and 73 copies behind 1!

Very good start considering no physicals and no streaming in first mids *.*

Single or album?

no they mean albums, James are #1 and Taylor #2

do we know where Willow is in the mids? If Sat album mids are out, single mids should be out there too
