January 20, 20214 yr Author 89 = CamelPhat x LOWES // Easier = 208pts Chart Run (10-08-09-15-18-21-23-28-29-X) Peak = 08 Weeks on Chart = 9 Weeks (Still Charting) uMd-zfBecQ4 The second appearance by CamelPhat at 89 as Easier clocked up 9 weeks on my chart towards the end of the year and is still charting too. The song spent 3 weeks in total in my top 10 and reached a peak of 8. I think for me the song became a bit overshadowed by Hypercolour, Keep Movin’ and Not Over Yet when the album was released and therefore possibly didn’t really get the look in it deserved. However its still a good song and has done well to reach my top 90 for this year.
January 20, 20214 yr Author 88 = Sigma ft Jack Savoretti // You and Me As One = 212pts Chart Run (X-05-08-12-13-15-20-25-30-33-37) Peak = 05 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks (In 2020) ph9YcLJ1fog You and Me As One managed to just squeak into my 2019 EOY chart at 125, however it had a bit of a resurgence in the new year by managing to reach a new peak at 5 and went on to spend a further 10 weeks on my chart. I’ve found Sigma’s output a bit hit and miss after first album; however, this is great and Jack Savoretti’s voice is great against a dance track. The build-up and the tone of his voice works really well. This is a song that I still play a fair bit and is the only appearance of either artist on my EOY chart this year.
January 20, 20214 yr Author 87 = New Hope Club // Why Oh Why= 215pts Chart Run (14-11-07-13-16-20-21-26-33-36-39-40) Peak = 07 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks roCz2xnWFc0 87 sees the first appearance of New Hope Club on my EOY chart with their album track Why Oh Why. New Hope Club gained the number 1 song on my 2019 EOY chart with Love Again, in 2020 they released their self-titled first album which was very strong, even managing to go top 5 officially. There’s a few New Hope Club track still to come on this chart, however thing song managed 12 weeks on my chart and peaked at Number 7, whilst it wasn’t a single I still thought this was a bit of a bop.
January 21, 20214 yr Author 86 = Franky Wah ft Jessie Ware // Time After Time = 218pts Chart Run (11-04-08-08-13-20-27-31-31-39) Peak = 04 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks lS6MM4vkLpo At 86 is the collab between Franky Wah and Jessie Wah which is… yes another dance song :D The song spent a total of 10 weeks on my chart and I think I stumbled upon it by accident whilst going through Spotify. It peaked at 4 and spent 3 weeks within my top 10… I feel like I need to listen to more of Jessie Ware’s recent output as I’ve listened to a few songs which sound good; What’s Your Pleasure and Spotlight managed to chart, however neither made my EOY chart.

January 21, 20214 yr Author 85 = Martin Garrix x Dean Lewis // Used to Love = 218pts Chart Run (X-04-02-09-12-14-21-26-32-34-38) Peak = 02 Weeks on Chart = 10 Weeks (In 2020) LEh9F67Z5n8 85 sees Martin Garrix and Dean Lewis’ collaboration Used to Love entering my EOY chart. The song had some success in 2019, however peaked in 2020 managing to climb to number 2 and spend 10 weeks on my chart. The song blew up for me in January last year and whilst I didn’t mind the song before that it properly clicked with me then. Martin Garrix seems to be hit and miss in terms of what goes on to be successful officially, for me this one of the ones that deserved more success than it got.
January 23, 20214 yr Used to Love is the best Dean Lewis track I've heard, and up there with Garrix's best too for me, a better collab than I expected it to be!
January 24, 20214 yr Omg YES at Why Oh Why appearing (and this high up too)!! Definitely my favourite of the album tracks from NHC's album, amazing! Surprised at Stupid Love being as low as #90 :o Prisoner a bop too ~

January 24, 20214 yr Author 84 = Little Mix // Break Up Song = 219pts Chart Run (17-20-08-09-14-17-19-24-31-36-37) Peak = 08 Weeks on Chart = 11 Weeks Zte1KtYNx6Y At 84 is the second highest Little Mix song on my EOY chart as Sweet Melody has made it in and is still to come. I’ll be honest I can’t really remember Break Up Song all that well, however it did peak at 8 on my chart and spent 2 weeks in the top 10 and 11 weeks in total on my chart. It will be interesting to see if they have continued success without Jesy in the group however a recent number 1 probably means the odds are in their favour.
January 24, 20214 yr Author 83 = Friction // Good to Me = 220pts Chart Run (05-10-10-12-19-24-25-27-29-35-37-39) Peak = 05 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks leh4LM8862c Dance returns at 83 with Good to Me by Friction. The song managed to reach number 5 and spent a total of 12 weeks on my chart. This is another song that I stumbled across and then ended up loving. I guess it is a bit repetitive at times, however got stuck in my head quite a bit and the drops are good; its still a song that a return to at times.
January 25, 20214 yr Author 82 = Alok x Dynoro // On and On = 221pts Chart Run (06-08-09-10-15-23-26-30-30-36-38-40) Peak = 06 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks Crsc8HcGOeU Another dance track next at 82 as Alok and Dynoro chart with On and On. The song managed a total of 12 weeks on my chart with a peak at 6. It spend 4 weeks in my top 10 and was another song which I kinda found after doing random listens on Spotify - the joys of first lockdown. The song is one I’ve returned to quite a bit over the months and whilst possibly nothing really new is still a bit of a bop.
January 25, 20214 yr Author 81 = Oliver Heldens ft Kiko Bun // Break This Habit = 221pts Chart Run (26-21-19-16-15-20-23-21-21-25-30-34) Peak = 15 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks PVFVpQWD_8M More dance anyone? Break This Habit was one of many songs released by Oliver Heldens during 2020 it also had a bit of a slow-burn chart run. It actually only peaked at 15, however spent 8 weeks charting between 21 and 15, yo-yoing up and down my chart. Again this proved to be a bit of an ear worm for me and was a song that I have kept returning to. This is the highest ranked song by Oliver Heldens this year.
January 25, 20214 yr Author 80 = Jax Jones x Au/Ra // i miss u = 222pts Chart Run (09-10-11-20-22-19-24-29-29-33-36-28-X) Peak = 09 Weeks on Chart = 12 Weeks (Still Charting) Qt6IXiVN0L8 The second highest appearance by Jax Jones only manages to reach 80 – the last couple of years he has been a bit more dominant… but I guess hasn’t released a huge amount in the last year. I miss u has a bit of a funny chart run for me as although I did like it initially it got old a bit quickly and fell quite hard down my chart. It then stabilised and then has started to climb again, with the song still currently charting. I would say it isn’t as instant as some of Jax’s other songs however is still a decent song and bit of a bop. Hopefully he’ll release more in 2021.
January 25, 20214 yr Author 79 = Sub Focus x Wilkinson // Air I Breathe = 224pts Chart Run (15-08-08-10-14-20-23-25-31-34-39) Peak = 08 Weeks on Chart = 11 Weeks rKWKopyC1GE We change up slightly at 78, however before that I don’t think we’ve seen enough dance tracks on my EOY chart…. So here’s another one. This time is the second and highest song by Sub Focus x Wilkinson with their song Air I Breathe. The song managed a total of 11 weeks on my chart and peaked for 2 weeks at 8. Like the collaborations between Sub Focus and Wilkinson there is such a great build up throughout the songs to the drop, Air I Breathe is no exception to that and is a proper bop.
January 25, 20214 yr Author 78 = Miley Cyrus // Midnight Sky = 225pts Chart Run (14-18-19-16-17-15-20-27-31-36-40-X-27-30-39) Peak = 14 Weeks on Chart = 14 Weeks aS1no1myeTM This really should be higher than 78, however as it is Midnight Sky manages just 78 on my EOY chart. The song had 2 stints on my chart however only peaked at 14 but stuck around for 14 weeks in total including 7 weeks within the top 20. It’s a song a play a lot now and think really it should’ve got a top 10 peak and been higher in this EOY Chart. However, a bit like a couple of other songs to come I didn’t appreciate them as much at the time and am hitting them much more heavily now. This is the highest charting Miley song and is probably my fave from her now. Edited January 25, 20214 yr by ElectroBoy
January 25, 20214 yr Giving Break This Habit a listen now, Kiko Bun is a name I haven'te heard since about 2016 so interesting to see it pop up here! I'm quite enjoying it anyway, not my favourite dance turn but still pretty nice. Used to Love and You And Me As One are both tunes as well, both appeared earlier on in my EOY.

January 26, 20214 yr Author 77 = Love Regenerator x Calvin Harris & Steve Lacy // Live Without Your Love = 226pts Chart Run (21-04-10-16-19-22-22-26-28-28-33-39-39) Peak = 04 Weeks on Chart = 13 Weeks XUaaZLcAnlk The second and highest track from Calvin Harris comes in at 77 with Live Without Your Love. I wasn’t 100% sold on this when it came out, then it got seriously in my head and it shot up to a peak of 4. However whilst it did get in my head, the song is a bit on the repetitive side and only managed a total of 4 weeks in my top 20, but 13 weeks in total on my track. Basically I do like this despite it being quite samey… it is far from Calvin’s best work though.
