Last year we started the ULTIMATE DISCOGRAPHY RATE for our legendary icon. The results have been a long time coming, partly down to me being lazy, but also I was kinda disappointed about the lack of interest there seemed to be. But nvm, we're HERE NOW. WE HAVE RESULTS.

Shall we kick start this? First result coming at some point today, hope we get some hype (even if you didn't rate, I hope you can follow us and come along for the ride :D) Thank you to everyone who did take the time to rate

Any predictions?

Winner, top 3/5?

Preference?

Here are the links to the 3 different parts of the rates:

PART 1 • Baby One More Time + Oops...! I Did It Again + Britney

PART 2 • In The Zone + Blackout + Circus

PART 3 • Femme Fatale + Britney Jean + Glory + Others

161. OOH LA LA [Avg. 3.12]
162. CRAZY (KEVIN FEDERLINE FEAT. BRITNEY SPEARS) [Avg. 2.55]

Kicking us off in the bottom 2, we have OOH LA LA at #161. This shouldn't be too surprising I don't think? It's universally despised, which I think is a bit harsh. It's cute and serves it's purpose as a soundtrack single to a kids film really well. She looks great in the video too. But yeah, ultimately no big loss.

CRAZY which is a collaboration with K-Fed (vom) is rightfully bottom of the pack at #162. Such a non-event and although not "quite" as bad as you'd probably expect it to be, it just doesn't need to exist, so good riddance and BYE.

This is exciting!! I’m so sad I didn’t see the rate though. Would have loved to do it!

Hopefully you'll be able around to comment on the results still!

Sad to see Ooh La La out so soon. It’s definitely not a masterpiece or one of her best but I like it for what it is. A fun, cheery, pop song.

So ready for this

'Ooh La La' is pretty bad although I understand that I'm far from the target audience. This rate introduced me to 'Crazy' - wasn't as much of a mess as I was anticipating tbh but still nothing I will be going back to in a hurry :')

151. MMM PAPI [Avg. 5.18]
152. I'M SO CURIOUS [Avg. 5.11]
153. E-MAIL MY HEART [Avg. 5.07]
154. PRETTY GIRLS (FEAT. IGGY AZALEA) [Avg. 5.00]
155. PRIVATE SHOW [Avg. 4.87]
156. YOU GOT IT ALL [Avg. 4.84]
157. I WILL STILL LOVE YOU (FEAT. DON PHILLIPS) [Avg. 4.80]
158. IT SHOULD BE EASY (FEAT. WILL.I.AM) [Avg. 4.66]
159. MY BABY [Avg. 4.43]
160. CHILLIN' WITH YOU (FEAT. JAMIE-LYNN SPEARS) [Avg. 4.00]

Starting this section off is 'Circus' album track, MMM PAPI at #151. It's the 2nd lowest track from that album which kinda surprises me, I always thought it was more popular. I have no feelings on it. Sometimes I bop, sometimes it annoys and irritates me. Up next it's I'M SO CURIOUS which is a fun, bubblegum pop track taken from her record-breaking debut album. It's a fun and cute little pop number. This is followed by E-MAIL MY HEART which has seemingly gone on to be a little bit of a cult classic amongst the fanbase lmao. This song is very corny, but it's cute! Gotta remember everyone can relate to it coz who wasn't e-mailing back then?? Relatable Queen.

At #154 isn't really a surprise as we lose PRETTY GIRLS which was a collaboration with Iggy Azalea and written by BJ faves.. LITTLE MIX. It's a fun song! I think it gets more hate than it deserves, but I'm not surprised at it's performance here. The video is fantastic and the VMA (?) performance is underrated. Next we have the first 'Glory' song to drop out, PRIVATE SHOW. One of my personal least favourites I think. Her voice grates on me in this song and I don't go back to it at all. I think I only listen to it if I listen to the album in full. At #156 we have a stunning song from the 'Oops..!' era YOU GOT IT ALL which is a bonus track from her record-breaking 2nd album.

I WILL STILL LOVE YOU is a song taken from her debut album and it's very of it's time. It's a duet with Don Phillips, who (iirc lmao) auditioned on US X Factor whilst Britney was there and caused dramaless drama as Britney found it hard to say no! Next it's Britney Jean representing IT SHOULD BE EASY the 3rd (and final thankfully) collaboration with will.I.am. It's a bit of a bop, but I feel BJ does that sound better throughout tbh. The polarising MY BABY manages to avoid bottom 3!!!!!! WE STAN! I really think as corny and cheesy as it is, this is sweet and lovely! Under appreciated I swear!!! Finally, another song I don't *quite* hate as much as others, but it's definitely not great is 'Britney Jean' song CHILLIN' WITH YOU. A duet with her sister, no less. It's a mess. Nice, but a mess.
Omg yesss BuzzJack getting... most of those out early :') almost all low points oops :kink: I think I liked 'It Should Be Easy' at the time but it's aged pretty badly! Actually... that will.i.am collab out before THE BASS IS GETTING BIGGAH? Okay we got that ordering wrong x

Britney: "E-Mail my heart"

Buzzjack: "Nu pidgeon. Hu dis?"

Oooooh so excited :cheer: There's no major casualties so far. I honestly have a soft spot for 'Pretty Girls', but regardless, I don't begrudge it being so low down.

I actually quite like I Will Still Love You and its full on 90s cheesy balladry glory!

Did My Baby get 4.12 rather than 3.12?

Ooh thanks for noticing! Nope, that was me forgetting to change it after copy and pasting from the previous post for a template aha. It scored 4.43!

Glad that this finally began. All the songs revealed are forgettable, so it's fine they're gone.

If you're referring to the performance they recorded in Las Vegas to be shown in a televised awards, it was actually the BBMA.

This batch at @150 we are starting with cutie I'LL NEVER STOP LOVING YOU, the ...Baby One More Time bonus track has appeared first time only on Asian edition of the album. Next @149 is one of few will.i.am collabs BIG FAT BASS which was promoted few times on national TV. @148 and @147 are two beautiful ballads DEAR DAIRY & HEART from Oops!... I Did It Again album, both are cheesy as hell but imo that's not a bad thing. @146 is WHAT'S GOING ON? a cover of various artist for the raise awarness of AIDS WW. WHAT YOU NEED is @145 funky track where she showed some brilliant vocals from Glory album. @144 comes ROCK BOY, bonus track from Circus album, next @143 is a sexy cover of I LOVE ROCK N' ROLL from Britney era and @142 and @141 are Britney Jean tracks HOLD ON TIGHT & TIK TIK BOOM and it's tragedy that they have made this high imo.

Edited by Nick F1

Excuse me BuzzJack!! Tik Tik Boom deserved more than this. One of the better tracks on Britney Jean imo.

I have a soft spot for Big Fat Bass too  I get quite nostalgic for the basic bop 2011/12 era sound!

Omg 'Dear Dairy' Milk anthem <3
