March 1, 20215 yr Thankfully I've only heard it in full once or twice, but drivers license is truly dull for me I thought I was the only one
March 1, 20215 yr I don't remotely rate it but I get some amusement out of there being an unironic hit single that explains the order that days of the week are in, not dissimilar to one of the most derided lyrics of...that other song called "Friday"

March 1, 20215 yr 'Friday' should be deleted from existence for fear of an alien race judging us for it.
March 1, 20215 yr Craig David wins the award for best song ordering the days of the week, fantastic tune. Edited March 1, 20215 yr by Dot Branning
March 1, 20215 yr I'll give this particular accolade to Avicii's Waiting For Love. The only CORRECT ANSWER in this thread!

March 1, 20215 yr Okay so we were all pretty wrong when it came to the album chart this week! I suppose it's still all to play for.
March 1, 20215 yr Maximo Park!! :o Wow, never saw that coming, I love their first 2 albums, after that I suddenly lost interest in their music, after a couple of poor releases.
March 1, 20215 yr For reference: Maximo Park's last album opened with 6,545 in April 2017 and Alice Cooper's last album opened with 6,887 in August 2017.
March 1, 20215 yr Wow, never saw that coming, I love their first 2 albums, after that I suddenly lost interest in their music, after a couple of dud releases. It's a return to their more pop-orientated sounds, and has had their best reviews since their debut from what I can see - I'd recommend checking out the singles at least and see what you think!
March 1, 20215 yr What's Maximo Park's highest peak on the album chart to date? I haven't even heard anything of theirs since the Our Velocity/Books From Boxes era.
March 1, 20215 yr What's Maximo Park's highest peak on the album chart to date? I haven't even heard anything of theirs since the Our Velocity/Books From Boxes era. They got to #2 with their Our Earthly Pleasures album in 2007 (which features those two songs you mention)
