March 1, 20215 yr It's a return to their more pop-orientated sounds, and has had their best reviews since their debut from what I can see - I'd recommend checking out the singles at least and see what you think! I will do, to be honest they went quiet for a long time, really thought they all moved on. Would love for Maximo Park to hang on, but that top 5 is a bloodbath for the #1, I can see Lucy falling away.

March 1, 20215 yr Digga D wouldn't be top 5 with streaming missing :P Maxïmo Park outselling Architects in the midweeks is certainly unexpected! 'Our Velocity' is one of my favourite 00s indie tracks and I enjoyed a few of their other early singles too, can't say I've been too taken by their more recent output. With such a small sales gap between the current top 5 I expect Digga D will end up rising to #1, unless one of the non new releases is also still within striking distance.

March 1, 20215 yr Maximo Park were outsold yesterday by the three albums immediately underneath them, but only Digga D is selling enough to overtake (and is on track to just avoid taking Dua's record for lowest #1 sales).

March 1, 20215 yr PJ Harvey - Stories From The City, Stories From The Sea is one of my all-time favourite albums. It would be fantastic if it could improve on its #23 peak and stay Top 20, but that might have been a more realistic prospect if it and the demos album were combined.
