I can guarantee it! It was going to be the first single from that weird, awful-sounding album.

For me the song that needs dropping on tour is The lady is a vamp. I never feel it fits well with anything and we've had it plenty.

That album sounded pish (although I totally would love it if they did some of that for their b-sides lol just not a whole album of it!)

Honestly it wouldn't be a bad idea now if they recorded it. A couple of brand new 4 piece tracks, WAF studio version, a few covers, duets. A new album but with no pressure calling it something like a creative collection of songs than album.

Step To Me is long overdue on Streaming! Shame that it wasn't before and yes, it should have been included in their Greatest Hits - wild that it never did! It was a well known song they performed multi times and millions heard it from the Pepsi promotion... Really silly not to include it at all, not even in one of the special editions of the GH..

It's coming, universal have the files, artwork (for Move over live too) and are just working out the legal side of things.

 

I'm not sure how long this will take or if they have a specific date in mind but I told Mr X this last week privately when the ball was rolling to get it sorted.

I'm fairly certain whoever runs pop activism must know it is in the works if they have connections so that post might be building up a bit of hype for it.

Yeah those guys have done some activism but certain campaigns are mainly a way to get the crowd excited for something that is already coming anyway! So this makes sense eh

It's so lacking... Step To Me is not there. No unreleased stuff, only old remixes... It was a very lazy release on that front. Yes, it is fine, but I wish they would put a bit more effort into it.

 

We will most probably get a release of Spice again this year with no extra incentives :cry:

I've not heard about any update to the GH tbh I'm not sure there is a huge point. It ticks along sales and streams nicely and will be over 700k sales by the end of the year.

 

Spice the album is the main priority this year, it will get the focus from EMI/Universal. You have to remember whilst it's great to have the GH, Spice is the biggest selling girl group album in the UK by 1.4m it's the big one.

An anniversary edition of Spice with the b-sides along with Feed Your Love & Likely Stories is a no brainer. Let's hope Ms. B-Sides Are B-Sides For A Reason allows this to happen.
