This victory got called less than halfway through the entry reveal so I guess it can be a shock to absolutely no one :D Always happy to see a song I voted for taking the win! A moment of silence for D'yermak'er though who join the '4 2nd places without ever winning' club alongside Ramrynia and Kluminican Republic xx (and yass for FSR Rontvia getting top 3 :wub: by just one point! a bit late to noticing it but also fabulous to see Terra Avium as high as 12th, I thought they'd be around the high 20s at most!)

That bass line ALONE makes it worthy of a top 10 ok.

A predictable but of course great and deserving winner, it got five points from my vote too, and wow at D'yermak'er holding on for second place, a superb result there! Great to see FSR Rontvia third too, this means I've given points to all of the top three this time. TARO Bellamia's entry was decent enough and Republic of Adonia were in my commiserations, so that's a pretty high quality top five in the end.
April 29, 20214 yr Congrats FARC and Jake! It always sounded like the frontrunner and it’s a good winner. Brilliant to see Bellamia in 4th too, such a big, big pop song. RontBet did pretty well with the odds for these two...spot on! Very well done Bal on 2nd too! I’m really, really elated with 3rd place - we’re racking the bronze medals up this past year and a half :lol: I was thinking initially that ishi vu would get a DJ Sabrina type result so very happy to see it finish much higher and to bag another top three finish! Amazing to get four 18s, thanks for all the votes and vocal support for it. We keep just falling short of the win but hopefully one day we’ll get there again :lol: Just incredible hosting throughout Jafet, thanks so much for the effort and amazing reveal, astounded and floored by it all. I can’t imagine how much time and care went into it all.
April 29, 20214 yr Author Ok, so just to be clear I wasn't being anticlimatic without a reason. I needed time to set everything up and it just so happened that Bellamia needed the exact same amount of points that FARC got so it lent itself perfectly for this moment :lol: Anyways, this is FINALLY over at WAY past when it was supposed to be because while I may be good at making pretty graphics I think it's abundantly clear I'm absolute shit at time management so here we are! Thank you so much to everyone who participated in this contest. When Bré first contacted me about hosting at the start of the month I was into the idea because I'd never done it and I wanted to go absolutely mad while doing this because I always get a thousand ideas and I wanted to do something special not knowing when the opportunity arises again. I had so much fun doing this but MY GOD am I glad it's over :lol: It's been hard work and I take my hat off for anyone who's done it, especially those who have done it more than once! Also, I start a new job on monday so I'm glad this is over now as well for that haha. Anyway. Gorgeous winner, congratulations FARC! Well deserved, even though my 18 points went to Bellamia. So many amazing songs here, well deserved. Happy with 13th as well for me personally! Was unsure how it would go for Drew this month but happy that the DNQ'ers especially took a liking to her placing us 9th. Thank you everyone so much for taking part in this contest!

April 29, 20214 yr The top three were all in my top four and I gave my 18 to the winner so that's a great result. My own song didn't really fit into any genre so I was unsure how it would do.
