Hmmm no - Trixie was Bottom 2 post music video parody

Kasha was Bottom 2 post that Despy Awards - which was sort of a comedy challenge - which Ginger upstaged her on - i've edited now to make it clearer :D

But Ginger wasn’t even one of the tops that week?

=115 = Laila McQueen (Series 8) = 13pts
Number of Votes = 1

OLYvBaI.jpg

A Series 8 Queen next as Laila McQueen clocked up a vote and 13pts to secure joint 115th Place. Laila had a bit of a muted time on the show, however I think is one that just needed more confidence to have a proper glow up. Laila hit bottom 2 in show 1 and then again in Show 2, whereupon both her and Dax were eliminated. I do think the week 1 bottom 2 wasn’t that warranted as her runway wasn’t that bad… especially compared to some of the other Queens.

=115 = Genie (Tha Series 2) = 13pts
Number of Votes = 1

b9zZvxQ.jpg

Also in 115th place is Genie, who is one of only 2 Queens from Drag Race Thailand to gain any votes. A bit like the Dutch version, commentary will be a bit thin on the ground here as I haven’t seen it. Genie managed to win 2 main challenges and a runway challenge in Series 2, however was eventually eliminated in 8th Place
Genie is another I'd love to see on International AllStars. She's actually American but lives in Asia and is a queen of Indian origin. She was pretty funny and also tactical on DRT but a lot of it didn't translate because she only spoke English and a lot of the DRT queens either only had some English or didn't have a good grasp of the language at all.
129 = Derrick Barry (Series 8 | All Stars 5) = 1pt

Number of Votes = 1

xO8Decy.jpg

At 129 at the lowest placed Queen to receive any points; Derrick Barry. Derrick has appeared in 2 Series of Drag Race in total; Series 8 where she finished Top 5 and All Stars 5 when she was first out. I’ll be honest I’m not a massive fan of Derrick, whilst her Britney may be great the rest of the Drag attempts were a bit questionable. I’ve been recently re-watching all the series from the start and finished Series 8 last week – Derrick’s continual survival throughout the series I found frustrating and completely understood where Naomi was coming from in their argument/ disagreement. Derrick received just 1 vote from the last voter.

I would like to let it be known, I have ZERO regrets about this. She was my favourite part of All Stars 5 and she was only it for one episode, the same reason I love Gia :lol:

Season 8 without her delusion would also be MUCH duller.

=112 = Tyra Sanchez (Series 2) = 14pts
Number of Votes = 1

YsOvXIA.jpg

At joint 112th place is Series 2 Winner Tyra Sanchez who was languishing on zero votes for near enough the whole voting period before she gained a solitary vote. She is however the lowest ranked US winner and whilst she was a fierce Queen during Series 2, her post show antics leave a lot to be desired. When I first watched Series 2 I didn’t mind Tyra, however on rewatches you realise just how awful she was at times to the others and how much she lacked in certain challenges (immunity definitely came into play here) – however her runways were always on fire, she just lacked personality. I guess too I kinda always preferred Raven :wub:

=112 = Dusty Ray Bottoms (Series 10) = 14pts
Number of Votes = 1

n2duO0V.png

Also in joint 112th place is Dusty Ray Bottoms who managed to gain a single vote (from me). I really liked her in Series 10 and it was a shame to see her time cut short – especially given the lip sync saw both her and Monet on fire and would’ve been an easy double shantay. I liked her aesthetic a lot and was such a lovely person too; another who I hope does an All Stars series at some point so we can see more of what she can do.

=112 = Cherry Valentine (UK Series 2) = 14pts
Number of Votes = 1

nert0mf.jpg

…and rounding off this tie is (sort of) first boot from UK Series 2; Cherry Valentine. Cherry is an odd one for me as I was bit indifferent to her on the show, however seeing her in the what the Queens did in Lockdown kinda made me really like her. She only made it to week 2 of her series and was sent packing by Lip Sync assassin Tayce. She probably did have a lot more to give, however I don’t think I would’ve traded her for Tayce, a few of the other though….
Tbh Cherry should not have been in the bottom two in that episode. She was in no way worse than Ellie for example and Asttina was far and beyond the worst in that challenge lol.

Season 2 was a weird time. I still don't like Tyra's drag & kiss-ass nature, but I guess I respect her singlemindedness.

On that note, I only recently realised that Raven isn't mixed race.

I thought Cherry was going to go a lot further than she did, she had a bad week and was gone :(

Aiden Zhane and Laila McQueen are both queens I’d like to see on All Stars. It felt like both had more to give

111 = Janey Jacke (Hol Series 1) = 16pts
Number of Votes = 1

CeT5o6l.png

Another Dutch Queen next as runner-up Janey Jacke gained 1 vote and 16pts. Janey is the third highest Queen from Drag Race Holland, behind eventual winner Envy Peru and ChelseaBoy. Janey won two main challenges in Series 1 and hit the bottom 2 once, eliminating ChelseaBoy from the competition. Again I apologise for the lack of commentary here – I will watch this eventually :D

110 = ChelseaBoy (Hol Series 1) = 17pts
Number of Votes = 3

zfX4JGW.png

So from one Dutch Queen to another as ChelseaBoy managed to rack up 3 votes in total, however only 17pts as a couple were on the low side. ChelseaBoy actually received more votes than any other Dutch Queen, however Envy Peru received 2 big votes to put her as the top ranked Dutch Queen. ChelseaBoy had a great run in her series and hit high for every single week barring one and the other when she hit bottom 2 and was eliminated.

109 = Trinity K. Bonet (Series 6) = 17pts
Number of Votes = 4

vTP3UFx.jpg

At 109 is Series 6 Queen Trinity K. Bonet who actually managed 4 votes in total, however they were all on the low side meaning she couldn’t quite break the top 100. Trinity had a bit of a confidence issue during Series 6, however when she eventually found her confidence and stride, she was then eliminated from the competition. Most of Trinity’s runways were stunning, it was just her outlook in the main challenges which held her back and her lack of belief in herself became a bit frustrating. Hopefully she’ll return in an All Stars series soon to show off more of what she can do and how much she has grown.

108 = Scarlett BoBo (CA Series 1) = 18pts
Number of Votes = 1

aYf3E2F.jpg

First appearance of Drag Race Canada next as Scarlett BoBo managed to gain 18pts from 1 vote. In total only 5 of the Canadian Queens received a vote, Scarlett is the lowest of those 5. I felt Scarlett had a bit of a slow start on the show, however really came into her own the more the show went on. She was the only Queen that Series to never hit the bottom 2, in fact she never even hit a Low placement; 3 safes, 5 high’s and a win! An impressive track record for any Queen in Drag Race.

107 = Rita Baga (CA Series 1) = 20pts
Number of Votes = 2

uRhTPJZ.jpg

From one Canadian Queen to another as fellow finalist Rita Baga is the 4th highest placed Drag Race Canada Queen. She actually managed to gain 2 votes, however just 2pts more than Scarlett. Rita is another with an impressive run, however was strong mainly in the first half of the show. Rita racked up 3 challenge wins in total which is more than any other Canadian Queen. She did however also hit bottom 2 twice in the run up to the final eliminating Lemon and Jimbo – both of whom are ranked higher here.

106 = Stacey Layne Matthews (Series 3) = 21pts
Number of Votes = 1

n3UDZ42.jpg

The first appearance of Series 3 next as Stacey Layne Matthews managed to gain a vote and 21pts in total. She appeared in Series 3 and managed to last until 8th place having hit the bottom 2 a couple of times and managing to win a main challenge. She had an endearing quality though, especially in the split between the Heather Queens and the rest. She has returned in cameo appearances in All Stars 4, which I just read she was meant to participate in, but was replaced. Which is a bit of a shame as it was amusing to see her continually crop up in the various challenges.

105 = Shuga Cain (Series 11) = 23pts
Number of Votes = 1

6N7J2K3.jpg

We move to Series 11 next as Shuga Cain managed to gain 23pts from 1 voter. Shuga hadn’t been doing Drag for long when she was cast in Series 11, however that didn’t seem to stop her in the challenges and managed to make it to 7th place before she was ousted in a Lip Sync against Vanjie. Her bottom 2 placement that week seemed quite questionable as she did alright in the main challenge. I think personality wise Shuga was great and whilst she never won a main challenge became a bit of a fan favourite. An All Stars series is surely calling for her at some point.

104 = Mayhem Miller (Series 10 | All Stars 5) = 23pts
Number of Votes = 2

9VX0e8m.jpg

At 104 is Mayhem Miller who starred in Series 10 and All Stars. Mayhem started strongly in Series 10 with her challenge win, however then seemed to fade into the background. Mayhem managed to last until the 5th week before she was eliminated in 10th place. In All Stars 5 she again seemed to not really be in the show and hit the bottom 2 in the first weelk. Eventually she lasted until week 4 before being eliminated against India Ferrah. I think the word that sums up is Mayhem is potential, however she always just seemed to get in her own head when she was competing. In the vote she received 2 votes and amassed 23pts in total.

=102 = Pandora Boxx (Series 2 | All Stars 1) = 24pts
Number of Votes = 1

5K1SsCk.jpeg

Series 2 and All Stars 1 Queen Pandora Boxx is next and just misses out on a place in the top 100. Pandora actually gained just 1 vote and 24pts in total, however I do think she is a good Queen but her attitude on All Stars 1 kinda sucked. She never won a main challenge in Series 2 and seemed to just miss out, but she did manage to remain in the competition until the top 5. Her All Stars 1 appearance however saw her paired by Mimi Imfurst and it was clear she had tapped out as soon as the pairing was revealed. Whilst I’m not the biggest Mimi fan, Pandora didn’t really help herself. I guess it would be interesting to see her return again to see the growth and what she can do.

=102 = Joey Jay (Series 13) = 24pts
Number of Votes = 1

b94dww8.jpeg

Joining Pandora in joint 102nd place is Joey Jay who starred on the most recent series. Joey gained just 1 vote of 24pts and is the 7th highest Series 13 Queen. Joey had a bit of a short run on Series 13 and was the second Queen to be eliminated. Saying that she lasted until week 5 (showing how bizarre and long Series 13 was) and in that time she was safe twice and then eliminated against LaLa Ri in the Ball challenge. For me she was ok, but a bit of a filler Queen – although I guess given some of the Queens I’ve voted for I can’t say anything. Its good though to see that there are fans of near enough all the Queens somewhere.

101 = A’Keria C. Davenport (Series 11) = 25pts
Number of Votes = 1

Azp9mMF.jpeg

A return to Series 11 next as A’Keria just misses out on a place in the top 100 Queens. She actually received the same amount of points as the Queens at 100 and 99, however she only received one vote. I didn’t mind A’Keria on the show, however considering she was a finalist It did feel she was a bit overshadowed at times by the larger personalities in Series 11. She has 2 main challenge wins and hit the bottom 2 (or bottom 6) twice. In the final she was eliminated by eventual winner Yvie Oddly and finished in 3rd/ 4th place with Silky Nutmeg Ganacge…. A Queen who is still to rank and made the top 100 (crickets)
