I remember being so incredibly excited when this finally got that really random, download only in South Africa release. Had been waiting for years! The album in general is okay, very dated now obviously, but around the time it was pretty nice. Especially considering the fact she probably had a very small budget to start with.
My rating of each track on Never or Now

1. Lately - 8/10
2. Too Far Gone - 7/10
3. Electric - 6/10
4. Back In Time - 8/10
5. Obscenely Delicious - 7/10
6. Boy on the Dancefloor - 8/10
7. Give You My Love - 6/10
8. Make It Last Forever - 8/10
9. Sleazy - 4/10
10. I'll Wait For You - 5/10
11. You're No Good For Me - 6/10
12. Rush - 6/10
13. Never Or Now - 7/10

Overall not a bad album with some really good moments with 'Lately', 'Boy On The Dancefloor', 'Make It Last Forever', 'Back In Time' & 'Never or Now' being the highlights, especially 'BOTDF' & 'MILF' - either one of them could have made better single choices than 'Electric'. The album does take a turn for the worse after track 8, but the title track was decent & the last couple of tracks do take a different more pop/rock sound than the rest of the album, even if they don't entirely work.

Why on earth was 'I'll Wait For You' even considered as a single choice, it would have tanked even with her dire cover of 'U Sure Do' tacked on. On the whole far more interesting than H & Claire's debut effort.
At the time, Lisa could have really benefited from featuring on a few tracks with other artists, bit like Becky Hill does now to build up a chart presence, but it never really happened, i dont know if anything like this was ever mutted for her at the time but in hindsight a few singles like this might have helped establish a more solo presence.
I thought this was eventually released in the UK though. Wikipedia lists the release as a digital download on 14 June 2007, a few months after the South Africa release. Obviously this was a couple of years after Electric though and the Totally Scott-Lee TV show.
