I can thank my mum for getting me into Sugababes... she really loved New Year and bought their album because of that song (so I guess that would have been in December 2000 or January 2001). While I had heard and quite liked Overload, I don't think at that point in time I would have wanted to buy their album (I was 12, I had to be selective!). Honestly I don't think it was even on my radar that they had an album out. I was curious enough to listen to it, and I really liked it! I played it so regularly in 2001. New Year is my favourite song from it too, maybe boosted by sentimental reasons, but it's such a gorgeous song.

I was so gutted when Soul Sound only reached #30, it really deserved more. Siobhan left a month later, so I assumed that was them over for good. Looking back, the swiftness of their recovery is pretty remarkable... Freak Like Me got to #1 just eight months after Siobhan left.

I'll have to give One Touch a listen today, it's been a long time since I last heard it!

God I’m just so happy with this.

I would have loved some re-recording for sure, especially a studio of Shiv takin on some 2.0 stuff. BUT this has clearly been exceptionally well thought out and planned to perfection (lightly botched announcement aside). Fans have been itching for a vinyl for pure ages of One Touch, we finally can hear what the original Little Lady Love sounds like. And then there’s demos we’ve never heard of and a couple we knew of or had heard (Sometimes we knew - I found out this mornin it’s been out in full for years and I’ve been sat with the wee acapella demo clip for over a decade)

Jay 🥰 I loved this!!! What a lovely memory to attach to a classic album. Did you see the Revolution in Me collectors edition re-release last week? A great way to tide us over until October

Round Round on the Box was my gateway drug and I discovered One Touch very Late. Think I only heard it for the first time in early 2006. I’ve been making up for lost ground and since 2012 it’s been on a much more frequent rotation.

Im so Hype for this rerelease. In the past year or so, thanks to all the leaks, 1.0 became my favourite line up (tho Three remains my all time favourite album) and I’m fully here and ready to appreciate this album properly from The moment of release this time.

I am so glad things are finally moving in Sugababesland, I'm just listening to the MNEK remix now :cheer:
I'd love it if they released a new preview track every few weeks as promo since they have enough of them on the album. I think it'd be good promo during the summer.
Just heard about this and I'm sooooo looking forward to it - I've preordered the vinyl already, I'm so chuffed that this getting done properly and they've really gone to such a lot of effort to make it a real celebration *.*

One Touch has always been my fav sugababes album!!

Not sure i would have selected New Year or Soul Sound as singles even though they are beautiful!!

RFC is up to #44 on iTunes. I'd love to see it briefly go into the top 40, even sales or low

Doesn’t seem to have made an impact on streaming services yet. The midweek release is random so it’s Defo just a „here’s a tease to tie you over for the next 5 months“

More than what they've given us for 8 years  I'll take it happily.

Streaming (or at least Spotify) only updates once a day I believe.

Either way, One Touch is actually #1038 on Apple Music, so Dannii-sized $ucce$$ I guess? RFC is now up to #36.

I'm kind of hoping that we'll get a song a month. It would only be five more tracks and this reissue has enough tracks to release teasers, so it would be nice if they did that to keep the interest going.

Ordered the tricolour vinyl! I’ve really been getting back into the Sugababes lately, they were such a huge part of my childhood
$27 to ship the vinyl to the US  Might have to bit the bullet anyway because I really want that 'Overload' CD! The new 'Run for Cover' remix is really strong too.

One Touch at #782 on iTunes and #532 on Apple Music. Get those three anticipation sales ladies :kink:

Unfortunately, pre-order albums doesn't show up on the iTunes album chart anymore.

I wonder if One Touch could even get a new peak in October? :o
