I like the silver glitter cassette the cover is a little bland but it's different to the vinyl, I was just expecting a copy of the vinyl for the cassette.

I'm hoping they just go for it and announce it today and the store go live today. There is just no point waiting I feel.

The cassette isn’t what I’d envisioned, I thought they’d be using that picture of them... didn’t anticipate a Headlines-esque text only moment. The actual glitter cassette itself is cute though.

 

I fear this cassette doesn’t really scream *buy me*, I will lol, but as an item for casual purchasers, I’m not sure...

I know right :lol: I honestly don't know or understand what's going on behind the scenes, surely it can't be that difficult? Especially as it's all quite low-key in general, I mean the anniversary is a big thing but this vinyl and cassette will probably only be purchased by fans. It's not a big tour announcement that needs to attract the more general public.

I can't at that Wannabe cassette. Did a first time Microsoft paint user designed it?

If they are going to announce it on the 8th July then the only thing I'll accept is 4 or 5 of them holding it in a video to announce it. Otherwise just get it up for pre-order now.

Apparently people have been given copyright warnings for re-sharing the image of the cassette on Twitter. This is beyond extra! Particularly when it's come from UMC, via Amazon, it's not like the image was stolen. And it's a cover with text on and an image of a cassette... can they calm down?

 

This whole thing is annoying me :')

Spice 25 is where the money is at, not the Wannabe vinyl. I'm not surprised this release has been handled so poorly.

Yeah it seems like the cassette could be £12.99 (which is scandalous!!) and possibly £19.99 for the vinyl.

 

Crazy how much labels continue to push it with prices, this is a lot for singles. Spice Girls single cassettes in the 90s were probably priced between 99p to £2.49, that's typically the range that cassette singles cost. I'm fairly sure the Geri - Ride It picture disc wouldn't have been more than £4.99 at the time, maybe even £3.99. I miss these sort of prices!

Hence the reason why they are putting Feed Your Love on there. Otherwise, it's a pointless release. The track listing for a Wannabe 25 release should have been something like

Prices always start high on Amazon and go down as pre-orders go on. I'm sure they will end up 8.99 and 18.99 (the picture disc is 12 inch)
