Emma was highest on Amazon chart with Posh third but according to Spice Circle it is now Posh highest. Apparently Ginger has sold out on an American website the only girl to do that.
It's great they are going all out with this and I think they could go Top 5 with it although I'm secretly hoping it could to number 1.

It’s released same week as Ed Sheehan… it’s not going to #1 🤣

I didn't realise it was out the same week, they should change the date.

Up against steps and manic preachers the week before and then ABBA and Diana Ross the week after… I think they will be lucky to go top 10 so not too fussed tbh. 🤷‍♂️

As long as it's top 5 it's all good. Also the date isn't really up to them it's to coincide with the anniversary.

Anyway good news is these have already gone to print so barring a disaster shouldn't have any delays.

OK good, Im optimistic about a Top10. A top5 would be amazing

Yeah, they cant move it. A week later and they face even more competition. Apparently Adele is dropping 5th November too. Beyonce is also rumoured to be dropping soon, and that will sell well too, and stay afloat the top10-20 for a while.

If it is 29th, and I hope it is, they go against Ed Sherran and that actually puts them in a good position cos there's no way they would be able to compete againt him for a #1 anyway!

With our luck, we will get a #11 AGAIN :P but I think we can do it!! TOP 10 HERE WE COME BITCHES :cheer:

I just realized there is a storeus.thespicegirls.com and a store.thespicegirls.com, and the two stores have different pricings!

For example, the mug is 20 vs 17 USD; the 2CD album is 25 vs 36 USD; the cassette is 25 vs 14 USD...

Does anyone know why that is? Shipping seems to be similar between both sites...

Sales of which SG vinyl record has sold more copies, reminds me of the poll I posted on here, about which SG is each posters favourite.

- From memory, Emma was the favourite among fans on here. Geri was the runner up.

Is Victoria any more popular in America than the others?

Edited by Aussie

Victoria is 100% the most well known in the US as a person followed by Mel B, the other three are very much Sporty, Baby and Ginger not Melanie, Emma and Geri.

Rolling Stones and REM could definitely pose a threat to Spice Girls if they have a few editions, Rolling Stones got a #1 with a re-release last year didn't they?

ah was just thinking that following Jay's list... those acts are very well known and loved, and will sell very well indeed... so a Top10 is now much more viable than a Top5, im afraid... If the rumours are true and Adele is also releasing on the 5th, then I see this now as a #9 and then out the next week

As long as it gets Top10, im happy!

I'd still think and hope top 5. I think a standard 7.99 slip case editions for casuals is vital though.

I'd love that, but it's the Spice Girls we are talking about and unfortunately, it looks like neither of those will happen as things stand :teresa:

Jay, you should create a temporary thread asking fans to guess the chart position and rough opening week sales

Good idea! Will do it
