#3 with 7,012 units (nearly 1000 units added)!!

Looking good for a Top3!!

We need to stream more my huns but they are doing really well I think!

Wow!!! This must be the missing HMV sales, but still seeing it top three! A 25 year old album, that has sold over 3 million copies, now heading back into the charts is rather fantastic. Especially considering this release is mostly interesting for the hardcore fans, given the prices and the not very exicting extra tracks we've got.

Really curious what format(s) increased today to speed up the sales.

ETA: it could be the missing HMV sales that have been added rather than a huge increase in actual sales yesterday.

A lot of fans were saying their orders finally shipped yesterday. Likewise, finally some of mine shipped too. I think it will slow down now, unless they do promo, but it looks like it is going for a Top5 indeed!!

It's doing amazingly, 7k sales with 3 days to go and #3 in the mids is something we dreamed of. Would love it to hold on to top 3 but looking at yesterday's mids #4 is most likely. If the fans could just stream and download hard this next 2 days it could cling on to top 3.

Very nice to see it’s passed 7k! Top 5 really seems like a certainty now.

Random observation but Spice Girls are the only female artists in the midweek Top 10 :o

By the way my cassettes finally came 🥳

Spice Girls and Tori Amos the only female artists in the top 12 of the official UK midweek chart, I stanned the right artists evidently.

great result, considering that it is only a reissue of an album from 25 years ago without anyway a great promotion excluding social media

A summary of the midweek data so far:

30/10/21 - #3 - 5,223 sales [saturday]

31/10/21 - #3 - 5,782 sales [sunday] (+559)

01/11/21 - #3 - 6,083 sales [Monday] (+301)

02/11/21 - #3 - 7,012 sales [Tuesday] (+929)

I've just had a sponsored insta story post about Spice 25 think that's the first time I've seen a story one not just a post. That will certainly help push more sales as they tend to get watched more than just scrolling past a sponsored post.

Vinyls look to be on the rise on Amazon again.

Amazon vinyl chart -

Zoetrope #44

Ginger #63

Sporty #64

Baby #66

Posh #67

Scary #149

#No.4 today in the midweeks with 7,243 units

Gosh, roughly 200 copies yesterday is shit isnt it..... these girls and their alergia to promotion never fails to amaze me, honestly...

It's honestly expected. All these releases are heavily frontloaded. Wherever it enters it's likely to be #x->OUT. Hopefully the vinyl editions can keep it alive on smaller charts.

For sure, I get that... just bored of the lack of effort from them as a group ah

Universal at least are pushing for more sales this last 2 days of the chart, the sponsored insta story has the download back in the top 100 at #70 and the vinyls have risen on Amazon. The restock of all the vinyls on HMV last night hasn't lasted long as Sporty and Ginger are sold out already.

I'm expecting better sales today in tomorrow's midweek. Shame Universal left it to flounder for a couple of days though Mon/Tues.

Still I think all of us would have taken 8k and top 5 when this was announced.

Is this AF taking part in the streaming party at 8 that fans are organising?
