Time to kick off my first event as a Little Mix mod! :cheer: (with help from co-mods for future rounds <3)

 

Last week Little Mix achieved their 17th U.K. top 10 single with dance collab 'Heartbreak Anthem' and they've swiftly followed it with an 18th, 'Confetti', this week!

 

Time to put all of these smash hits to the test to celebrate their immense success!

I think I'm going to start with 'Cannonball' as I just don't go back to it at all.

 

In the past this could've been 'Black Magic' (:ph34r:) or 'Bounce Back' but both have grown on me a decent amount.

Word Up! Is the easy choice for this round for me! It's a lot of fun and probs 2nd behind Just Can't Get Enough by The Sats in terms of cobers for Comic/Sport Relief. But away from the video I don't care for it.

This is a bit premature. Should've waited for the Anne-Marie one. In the meantime I voted word up because at least Cannonball is a bit sentimental

Spirits feel really high right now with these two both in the top 10 so it felt natural to ride on that momentum ^_^ if the Anne one misses the top 10 (both of their successes can be a bit sporadic - look at Anne's Doja collab or 'No Time For Tears' missing the top 10!) then there wouldn't be much to celebrate like there is now :lol:

 

Anyway just a bit of fun :cheer: we have a lot of upcoming ideas where that can slot in too ~
