Maybe you want to go and check yours and JackTheStallion's posts and replies to me on page 39 of last months Spotify topic. I mean it was only Monday when I said songs don't peak week 1 anymore and songs grow these days and you 2 were clutching at straws to prove otherwise.

 

I guess you have memory issues too. It would just be easier to concede you are wrong and were just being biased in your dislike for Ed.

To be fair, Ed's last two lead singles (both released well into the streaming era) peaked in sales in week 1. It's not an unfair assumption that Bad Habits would do the same (and it probably will in terms of total units, even if its streams increase as its downloads won't be as high this coming week). Many big name artists peak in week 1, it's nothing bad, it just means that there's a level of hype for their releases and curiosity streams are higher than average.

Their newest one with Riton is highest at #57 and don’t you worry about me is at #84. The one that surprised me the most is ‘free’ has entered at #157, this has been out a while now and hasn’t done anything so any particular reason why it’s now entered the top 200?
