Sadly I think Steps are the type of artist that people love or hate. There’s no middle of the road votes for them.

A bit of a disappointing result for One for Sorrow, 15th…!

 

Thanks to those of you who voted. Given that it won the Steps Singles Survivor recently and 15th is its outcome in AF Idol… not sure we’re destined for much greater things in the next 2 rounds lol. Though you never know, we could be surprised.

 

So Round 4 is a ballad or mid-tempo. What do you all think of It’s The Way You Make Me Feel being sent? Also would any of you consider Deeper Shade of Blue as being mid-tempo? Which song do you prefer? Also do you have any other suggestions?

I am personally happy with both ITWYMMF or DSOB! DSOB seems to have a better reputation amongst the non-fans / casual fans but then ITWYMMF is a stunning track.

I think we should go with It's The Way You Make Me Feel! Deeper Shade Of Blue would be a great track too ^_^

I love Deeper Shade of Blue though I think I'd have said that was more uptempo! I think It's the Way You Make Me Feel fits the vibe perfectly :wub:

I did!? I love Here and now but it ain’t getting any votes. Also so not mid-tempo it’s more uptempo.

ITWYMF has more universal love than DSOB. I think some people would also question whether DSOB counts as mid tempo too :unsure:
