They should really think about it and aim for a quiet week if they’re gonna push for number 1!

I’d say it’s definitely possible to get Between Us a new peak if all the fans were really invested.

That’ll be very hard with Arcade Fire releasing that week!

That's what I thought, the week before April 29th looks to be slightly more quieter?

That week you've got Blossoms, who sold 22.5k in 2020.

(and I think Rammstein sold around 13k last time as well)

Oh Blossoms weren't on the upcoming releases list I had read! Seems to be a hectic few weeks

Its great that after 5 months its in the top 10, i agree the album should have longevity and should be easily able to shift close on 2k every week for a good while to come and it will def go platinum at some point.
i mean even if it doesn't peak at #1, being able to grab a new peak of 2/3 wouldn't be awful either

I’m more interested with the End of Year chart.

Surely it has a strong chance of staying top 10 by the end of the year.

Do you think we should start a campaign to #1 a la Sweet Melody? It would be great to see them get the #1 album for Friday 13th May ahead of their last show on the 14th.
Think I read on Twitter that they're gonna focus on 'Between Us' (song) for the final week of the tour! Would be lovely if that campaign (assuming it'd last all week and not just the day of the final show) managed to go top 40!

That's a shame really since the album already has steady sales going for it and with album sales in general being so low, a few hundred copies extra could make a real difference compared to what it would make on the singles chart (especially for a song where there's not much interest in to begin with).

A good idea would be to push the album on one week. Regardless of getting to number 1 it could definitely get a new peak.

If there were signed posters left from the tour dates they could quite easily create bundles containing a CD/Vinyl and a signed tour poster that same week plus reducing the album further to £4.99 on all outlets....

I doubt they care much now but it would be nice to have one final exciting fan push where everyone rallies round!

Whether there's a campaign or not, the album will definitely re-enter top 5 at some point. It could possibly reach a new peak. But I don't see it going number 1, no matter what. Importantly, neither the girls nor their team seem to care that much anyway.

That's amazing. Looking forward to next weekend to see if Confetti album re-enters UK album charts. It might re-enter today actually- who knows? 🤔

Between Us is the #1 album on Spotify Ireland this week which is immense!
